Part3. (Israel, Loved in Heaven, Hated in Hell)

This episode we are focusing on Israel’s calling and God’s prophetic dealing with Israel at this present time in order to perform the many promises spoken to the Nation. 

Part2. (Israel, Loved in Heaven, Hated in Hell) In this episode we take a closer look at the origins of Lucifer’s fall and rebellion as described in Isaiah 14:12-15 and also in Revelation 12:1-6.

Satan’s main tactic is to refute the authority of God, to cause all those that listen to him to doubt God’s integrity and right to rule sovereignty. He (Satan) knowing that God will ultimately have His way, will try to forestall his own judgement by polluting the work of God in Israel and the Church.

Being armed with this knowledge we are better equipped to allow the working of God in our lives.

Part1. (Israel, Loved in Heaven, Hated in Hell) In this new study which we’ll delve into over the course of five or more episodes, we examine the Scriptures to understand the uniqueness of Israel.

There is so much controversy and miss understanding regarding the People and the Land. The one pervading truth in the Scriptures is that … what God loves and chooses the Devil will do all he can to defile.

Part6. (Revival Now - The Glory) In this final part we look at the practical and spiritual experience of having the Glory of God manifest to us, having the Spirit of God come to us to open the eyes of our understanding.

Before we can experience deep and abiding fellowship in the sanctuary of hearts with the Living God, there must be preparation. In Leviticus we see an Old Testament principle of preparation before the Glory of God is manifest.

Part5. (Revival Now - The Glory) In this episode we continue to search the Scriptures for principles that govern that manifestation of God’s presence and glory in our own lives and in the Church. But we also want an awakening in our Land and in the Nations of the Earth … we want to see God glorified!

We begin by looking at Moses starting in Exodus chapter 33, we examine his hunger for God and his desire to see God’s Glory.

Part4. (Revival Now) To have revival there must be restoration.

In chapter two of Nehemiah we see how God brings about circumstances after Nehemiah’s prayer of confession and for restoration, to bring his request before then King. Having his request granted Nehemiah begins to fulfill the priorities of God only to find conflict and discouragement by the enemies of Israel that will resist the building and restoration of the walls of Jerusalem.

In this episode we reflect on the principles used by Nehemiah to combat opposition and discouragement.

Part3. (Revival Now) Often in the Psalms the writer asks of God to revive him, we can have personal revival when we draw near and “seek God while He maybe found …” Revival is different and yet their are links between an awakening and revival. An awakening is when a Nation or a region of people are suddenly quickened by the Spirit of God, this is a sovereign act of God. Sometimes it happens without any intersession or preparation from man.

In this episode we again look at Nehemiah, his prayer and the events orchestrated by God.

Part2. (Revival Now) In this episode we look at how Satan breaks down boundaries (that are meant to safeguard us) so as to enter and further destroy and attempt to make void the work of God. The primary methods he uses are, compromise and contamination.

Let’s further explore those things that stifle revival by reading Nehemiah chapters 1-3.

Part1. (Revival Now) In this episode we are going to look into a subject which is wide and diverse and many Christians have different thoughts and ideas about it.

We will be talking about REVIVAL, to some it brings to mind great meetings of vast crowds, to others miraculous events, and so on. The very idea of revival in a Christian context means bringing back to life something that was dead or near to dying.

In Psalm 61 we see how David calls to God in an overwhelmed state because the enemy has entered in and brought him low. David seeks shelter, security and revival.

Part4. (Prayers from a pigpen) In conclusion to this study we consider what most people would regard as respectable. Yet when examined under the lens of Scripture we realise that it would be the worst of all “pigpens” and that is … self righteousness, trying to fulfill the demands of The Law in the flesh.

Jesus had much say about it in parables and Paul the Apostle describes it in himself prior to knowing Christ.

Let’s examine this aspect of the “pigpen” which human nature is all too willing to fall into.
