Thoughts

1.  Sovereign citizens don’t mess around with real estate.  When they see a vacant home they go for it.

2.   The trouble that the owner had to go through just to get them out of the house is something that should be looked at. 

3.  This is why I’m confused by the way the world is going.  This sovereign citizen thing just blows my mind.  They believe they are not subject to the laws of the United States…but in this way, there are many people who aren’t sovereign citizens that also believe the laws don’t apply to them.

1.  So, there’s boundaries as a real estate agent.  You can’t wish death on someone just to list their house for sale, and you really shouldn’t door knock on houses where the person has just died

1.  So, a neighbor relieves himself on your garage door at 3:30 in the morning after he crashed into your parked car?  Will these tips work?

1.  There are SEVERE problems in the United States.  There is a high degree of corruption in government.  It’s true when either party is in power.  DOJ went after the national association of Realtors during the Trump administration, it has continued under Biden.

2.  There has and will always be a target on the back of Realtors.  Why?  The job is actually really tough.

1.  When is it ever ok to shoot your neighbor’s pet?  We see it over and over again…like what is wrong with people?

2.  You can see different states and different municipalities are all over the place on this issue.  In Wyoming a while back, neighbor shoots and neighbor dog, no criminal charges.
