1. Fellow has a driveway, and on that driveway, he puts his car. Well, pigeons from the tree next door dive bomb his car and his drive

2. He goes to the neighbor…he says “hey, your tree is causing pigeons to poo all over my car and my house. There were “several discussions” about trimming it back or even installing nets around it.

3. Neighbors for 28 years! Called a certified arborist…so the arborist said this would be ok for the tree?

1. There are more realtors in the US than there are houses for sale! 1.5 million agents to 1.3 million houses for sale. As an agent, you need a few deals a year to get by.

2. In Austin, realtors outnumbered homes for sale by 8 to 1!

3. 130,000 new agents during the pandemic!

4. Second generation realtor says that they aren’t making money hand over fist because people that can buy a new house can’t find one.

1. City roads, HOA approved lease … Apparently without the city knowing?

2. Mayor Response “We in the city of Lakeway, and as U.S. citizens, do not have a custom of around-the-clock surveillance. … Having such a system, if it’s going to be installed, ought to be a matter of public discussion.”

Is that true? Are we being surveilled all the time and we just don’t know it?

Felt- fix and flip, 102k to 195k…mold rotting wood in basement and foundation wall beginning to bow and crack.

Both buyers used Realtors and inspectors

1. “Are people really being honest when they check those boxes?” Smith asked. “I thought everyone was supposed to act in good faith.” So, I don’t believe that people act in good faith.

1. Minor crime, some might say, but the victim had experienced previous theft and therefore could not forgive her.

2. No settlement= took into consideration the victims feelings and the defendants attitude: The value of the plant was not the basis for the judgement.

3. Some legal experts said that the prosecutor should not have brought charges or should have deferred prosecution, arguing that there is no need to consume judicial resources on such a minor incident.

a. Single mom in her late 40’s…children have moved out

b. Neighbor, 24, divorced with young daughter

c. 40 year old mom likes to garden in peace

d. 24 year old mom comes over to vent.

e. 40 year old is not interested in these vent sessions…just wants to garden.

Abby says to tell the 24 year old to find someone else to vent to…what do you think?

It seems to me that if you shoot a gun, you should be concerned with where the bullet is going to go.
