Joel Russell’s journey began as a dedicated soccer player, where he had the privilege of competing at the collegiate level for renowned institutions like Indiana University and Stanford University. With a strong foundation as a teammate and leader, he soon discovered his true passion centered around building people and processes. In 1998, Joel founded eimagine technology group – a business, community, and personal improvement company that uses technology and IT solutions as a tool to help companies create business value and facilitate change and advancement. As a graduate of the University of Wyoming, Tommy taught music in public, private, and charter schools between 1995 and 2009. In 2010, he led the startup of Paramount Schools of Excellence and is now the CEO of the organization, serving more than 250 employees and 2100 students in the state of Indiana. In 2019, Tommy co-published a book for new school leaders called, Lead From the Start. Tommy is also an avid foodie and started the cheesemaking program at Paramount Schools, the annual Perfect Bite Championships, and the Junior Chef Academy for middle school students. Tommy is the president of Kelly’s Fund, a non-profit set up as a memorial to his late wife Kelly Wensing to promote her lifelong commitment to the community and the service industry.
