We welcome Jill Donovan, the leading lady behind Donovan's Dish. You might recognize the name from the AMAZING shrimp and grits they brought to our This Is Not A Happy Hour event two weeks ago. (Yes, we still think about it almost every day.) During the episode, we talk to Jill about how coronavirus is affecting the catering and event industry, as well as what she's personally doing at Donovan's Dish to maintain a safe, non-contact "Dish to Door" delivery system. We also talk about her time in college studying fashion merchandising and how it set her up for the retail aspect of her business, the tanning salons she started with her mom called Jill's Beach, and what a typical dinner at home looks like for her and her kids.
