But for real, how sacred is your time? Are you someone who gives a lot of time and energy to others without thinking much about yourself? 

Did you know that by neglecting yourself, you are only hurting your ability to help others effectively? We need to remember by filling our cups and setting boundaries around our time is how we can overflow onto others and do more good! Nothing good comes from burnout. And it starts with saying no to people and things that don't align with your priorities or disrupt your 'me time'.
