Cairo was the Britains first Openly Transgender man to be featured in a mainstream Fitness Magazine in 2018 (Muscle & Fitness UK). He was featured in the Channel 4 The Making Of Documentary series (2018). He has been the face of multiple international campaigns as the face of Absolut Vodka - ( Equal Love) & Starbucks (What's your name campaign) + Libresse (period insomnia campaign.)  He has been featured in many magazines over the years including Gay Times, and walked for London Queer Fashion Show. 

Outside of His creative work, he is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach. Currently the Head Coach of the transgender charity NOT A PHASE - delivering their most successful program to date: MISFITS., promoting fitness & wellness classes for trans adults to have access to exercise. Cairo has been a guest speaker and participated in the NIKE training app - championing trans & non-binary fitness.

They are happily married to their partner of 13 years and have two children together. Dallas is family-centric, not only with his own nuclear family and intergenerational household, but also with his chosen family, which he chooses to intentionally and continuously create. I grew up in the church and one thing that always resonated with me was the community call to action. The deacons or deaconesses would get up in front of the congregation and talk about how they needed money for the building fund, or to pay the guest preacher, or whatever else they needed money for, and the people would respond! Do you know what philanthropy means? When I was younger I used to think that only rich people could be philanthropic. I couldn’t relate to the term. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I truly understood what it means to be a philanthropist. And, I made it my life’s work to give back to my community, specifically, providing financial assistance to Trans men of color for gender affirming surgery. Being a parent has helped me heal from many traumatic events in my childhood. I had to really think about what I needed as a child and how I could do things differently. In this episode of Dem Bois Podcast, I share some of the verbal and physical abuse I faced, some of the things I didn’t want to repeat as a parent, and some things I did want to bring into the relationship with my child. Remember, you can’t help what your parents did to you, but you do have the power to heal from it. The generational trauma can stop with you!
