During this time of transition in my life I wanted to have a conversation about the decisions that need to be made and the difficulties in doing so. My sister, April Denée Brown, is going through similar life changes and business transitions, so, we talk about what makes these decisions difficult for us and some tactics for making them, trusting ourselves, and what should we make of "signs from the Universe".

Part of me being me and keeping my stress and anxiety in check is to realize that I have a childish side that needs to be cultivated. One of the best ways of doing that is to spend time with my 6-year-old nephew, Rome Brown. Rome likes to tell jokes. This episode is just us goofing around.

This episode is a conversation between me and a friend, Matt Banash about Self-Awareness. Matt and I have been friends for several years and we enjoy discussing politics, philosophy, religion, and society in general. Matt has been a friend and confidant and he has encouraged me in seeking emotional health through things like, support groups,daily writing, and Buddhist meditation. I'm neither a writer nor a Buddhist, but I value the exeriences that he has nudge me into.
