Deranged and Unstable Drunk Woman Plows Into Parked Car 

On March 18, 2024, Dayton Police Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident, where the 35-year-old driver of a vehicle crashed into a parked car. Officers quickly determined that the woman was under the influence, so she was detained in the back of a police car. The woman started kicking the window of the police car, so she was placed under arrest and was handcuffed. She then started to act very unusual. The police report indicates that field sobriety testing could not be accomplished and the woman refused to submit to a breath test.
