To celebrate the Friends Reunion (which we didn't speak of at all), I spoke to my friend Leslie Ewing-Burgesse, ostensibly about her island, but we uh... got sidetracked.
Welcome back to Desert Island Dictator! This week I spoke to Luke Poulton (@veganluke) about Wallace and Gromit, Blobby and the all powerful noodle sandwich.
We had a lovely old time.
This week I spoke to Robyn Perkins, scientist, comedian and owner-operator of "Comedy for the Curious", a science based comedy show that right now runs online every Sunday here
We talked about the final defeat of techno and in the end descended into a lengthy food-based fugue state.
This week I spoke to Sam Rhodes, musician, comedian, and composer of the theme to this very podcast!
You can see his Comedy Special on Amazon Prime Sam Rhodes: Americanarama and listen to his podcast Segmentariat on every good podcasting content sluice.
If that wasn't enough, his band Taikonaut are a lovely slice of heavy art rock, find some tracked right here: http://www.huntinggirlproductions.com/taikonaut/
Tom Mayhew of Radio 4's Tom Mayhew Benefit Scum came on. What a lovely chap.
This week, I spoke to Objectively Funny head honcho and all round lovely man Martin Willis all about bums, himbos and being a real nice guy.
This week I spoke to Vix Leyton @prvix - host of the wonderfully chaotic Comedy Arcade.
Please do check out her podcast. I spoke to Her Highness all about her tropical island (secretly just off the M4).
This was a fun one. I spoke to Vittorio Angelone, host of the No Blacks, No Irish, No Dogs podcast and the Good Guy podcast all about synaesthesia , why you probably are just quirky, and the only time you're allowed to heckle.

This week, I spoke to the journalist and political bookmaker William Kedjanyi about an island much closer to home.
This turned out to be an in depth and politics/news heavy chat and one that I really enjoyed. Over the coming months we're aiming to space out the chats between comedians/entertainers of whom I know many, and really interesting people from the world of politics, journalism, science and academia.

This week, I spoke to Ola the Comedian, host of the Sunday Sermon Podcast, a stand-up and committed Christian with a very unique performance style. I'd really encourage you to check him out if you enjoy the interview.
