In this episode of Design Discussions with Nadine Gol. we are diving deep inside Leandra Martinez's interior design business in Houston, TX. She is a very talented interior designer and really taking over the scene with the jobs she is completing lately. Two women share their insights on entrepreneurship, emphasizing the importance of taking risks. Starting a business requires courage, but the potential rewards are immense. They highlight that taking action motivation is the key to business success.

In this episode, I was onsite at Neatsmith’s showroom during my latest trip to London, where I sat down with director Philipp Nagel to discuss how the company—founded by his father—began. We also took another look at some of their beautiful wardrobes, bars, and closet systems, and explored more of the amazing materials they use to create their standout products, such as velvet door fronts and fabric-backed panels that can be used on bar tops, drawer fronts, and doors.
