Lock in your spot at www.designurlegacy.com/consultation. - When it comes to your own story of how you overcame challenges, how you created positive self-talk to shift how you view your life and reality, you are beginning to distill the best life lessons for your holistic legacy planning. In this podcast episode, Angelina Carleton speaks with Ryan Rae Harbuck as she inspires us with her personal journey of rebuilding her life after a car accident at 16 that left her partially paralyzed. Mrs. Harbuck speaks candidly about the lessons from her past coaches in that she was trained to win throughout her swimming career. These coaching exercises helped her as an adult today to keep growing, accept herself unconditionally and design a holistic legacy based on her values ... as she sets her own course in not giving into being limited by labels. Learn more about Ryan at www.ryanraeharbuck.com. --- About Legacy Planning(c): There is an empty space between financial planning and estate law where a co-active coach can expand the conversations around your holistic legacy planning. Our Story: We believe the positive legacy of every human being can be realized with great coaching. Most of us are not developing the kind of legacy that allows us to be as happy and intentional as we'd like to be. We think, speak and write about developing personal life legacies so others can see a way forward with ease and possibilities. If the path to your legacy is defined and developed, you will be able to experience more freedom, fulfillment and satisfaction. Our Mission Statement: Developing a holistic legacy is not yet an endeavor to pursue for most people, even if it could be a vision ‘one day’, which sometimes makes people feel overwhelmed and with clay feet. We wake up every morning and pave a way for "new legacy conversations" so more people can take personal agency in designing their lasting legacy. Our Theme: If the bridge to a personal legacy is made clear, more people will be able to cross to the other side and design a legacy filled with meaning and their values. - When professional coaching can an asset to your legacy planning – in bringing your ideas to life - because plans do not develop and execute themselves by intentions alone - retain your Legacy Planning© advisor at www.DesignUrLegacy.com. - If you’re not a client yet, here’s your invitation to schedule your consultation and book your first session online today. • How To Heal After Trauma with Andrea Hanson
Book your Discovery Session today at www.designurlegacy.com/sessions, the ultimate resource to help you define, develop and execute your holistic legacy plan today. Lock in your spot at www.designurlegacy.com/consultation. - After Paris Hilton surprised the world with her documentary about residential treatment centers in her upbringing, what else is there to know when others are led to believe affluent teenagers are sent to 'some' boarding school? In what can be considered a publicly shameful situation, these teenagers face abuse and blame as they struggle with eating disorders or other “deep down” battles. But what if healing opportunities and remedies are available beyond the tool of “giving language to problems” in talk therapy? Andrea Hanson speaks about her neuroscience research in creating new paths that led her to healing in the past 10+ years. What if there is more to know about the lower regions of our brain and our T-cells regarding neurological development? Creating a personalized healing plan based on new research is one way to transform past traumas so as to find much needed freedom, fulfillment and satisfaction in the planning of your holistic legacy. Think of it this way: those who are traumatized will mitigate or adapt to make their environments as safe as possible. When many different parts of the brain get disrupted, it can scatter memories throughout time. On the outside, it can appear as self-sabotage, but what if it is the 5-year-old self within getting their needs met? In today's coaching conversation, Angelina Carleton speaks with Andrea Hanson, the founder behind www.AndreaHansonPsych.net, about how to break free from the patterns created by and from trauma. If you’ve faced 'attachment disruption', whether it was due to a divorce or an unstable home, lean in and listen to this week's podcast! --- About Legacy Planning(c): There is an empty space between financial planning and estate law where a co-active coach can expand the conversations around your holistic legacy planning.
