Destinista does a 5 minute guided meditation all about the art of letting go. Take out a couple of minutes from your hectic day to love all on you. When you're done take notes on what it is that you learned about yourself and/or your situation through this meditation. So find a comfy spot, grab your favorite essential oil or light a candle, close your eyes and breather. This meditation is great for beginners!
Enjoy!
