- Make inner harmony and balance the default vibration 

- The inner world takes precedence over the external 

- The lens of the ego sees itself as separate, with people and situations as threats to survival. This view is from an un-evolved 3rd/solar chakra

- Take responsibility for your reactions and triggers. Stop being that cat or dog chasing its tail as if it is separate from it. It is All You.
