God's Presence in All Places

God is present in all times and places for His people's good, most clearly evidenced in His dwelling with his people in Christ. God who has no limits, is always with His people to hear from them and care for them. God's desire to be with His people has been made known to us in Christ Jesus, who came to earth to live among humanity and to suffer and die so that people can be in a relationship with God forevermore. Because God is ever present and nothing escapes His notice, we find comfort and hope in all circumstances while also seeking to confess the sin in our lives, which can never be hidden from Him.

God's Judgement of the Prideful

Daniel 5

God stands against the proud and will humble them. King Belshazzar's pride led him to profane the temple's holy vessels, and he was judged for his sin. Jesus's humility led Him to come to earth so that He might be profaned by humanity and become the sinless sacrifice judged for the sins of the world. Because Jesus humbled Himself to be judged in our place, we seek to cast aside all pride exalting Jesus as the Savior of the world every opportunity we get.
