God's Reward for the Faithful

Daniel 1

Faithfulness to God is not easy, but it is rewarded. When Daniel and his friends were tested, their unwavering faithfulness to God was rewarded. Jesus was likewise tested during His earthly ministry, but He remained faithful to the Father so that all who trust Him might be rewarded with eternal life with Him.  Because Jesus has provided our greatest reward of eternal life with Him, we have the opportunity to serve Him out of love and gratitude. This is not for anything that we might receive but so that others too might find salvation in Him.
