A day will come when God will bring ultimate freedom, healing, and restoration to His people. Jeremiah reminded God's people of His promise that one day He would restore them from their captivity. All people are captives in an even greater way. Sin has affected all of creation and nothing is as it should be. In HIs first coming, Jesus provided salvation for all who trust Him. Jesus will return one day to make all things right.  Because we know that a day is coming when Jesus will return we should focus each day on telling others about Jesus coming kingdom so that they also might experience the light and grace of Jesus Christ.
