    It's a two-hour ride to go one-mile
And the traffic's light and flowing
On this inner tube in my cut off blues
With my fingers and my toes in...
    This beautiful river
As I stare up through the pines
Like it's the very first time
    I've seen a summer sky
    STREAMIN’
Slow and easy down Big Sauble
Can't get a fix like this
From a pill or a bottle
Warm breezes strum the boughs and leaves
While song birds sing the melody
It's the only music out here my soul's needin'
    Yeah, I'm STREAMIN’
There's a whitetail buck sneaking up
To the river for a drink
And a couple otters in the water
    Playing hide and seek
They know I'm not a threat
To their peaceful way of life
    As I quietly float by
    With nothing on my mind
    REPEAT CHORUS
The midday sun's heating up but it ain't gettin' to me
Cuz my backside’s stayin' chill in this air-filled rubber koozie
    REPEAT CHORUS
    Yeah, I’,m STREAMIN’
    Love this STREAMIN’

  • Half A Mind
You’re looking in the wrong place for love
On the outside I can smile and tell you you’re the one
But past my eyes through my mind and down to the core
There’s nothing, no nothing worth searching for
I’ve got HALF A MIND to fall in love with you
The other half went crazy when she broke my heart in two
There’s not much for me to offer after all she put me through
But I’ve got HALF A MIND to fall in love with you
One touch from you could warm the coldest sea
One kiss from you proves Heaven’s still in reach
But in the end you couldn’t mend this heartless old soul
There’s only so much I can give so little left to know
    REPEAT CHORUS
If you’d have reached me before her time
You’d of had the love she stole and left to die
Stole and left to die, please believe me, please believe me
    REPEAT CHORUS
HALF A MIND to fall in love with you

  • Beer Goes With Everything
    BEER GOES WITH EVERYTHING
I'm just a good ol boy with a few friends in high places
And last week one of the aforementioned got a suite for some horse races
Guess I faux pas'd up ordering prime rib and white wine
Cuz them stiff-necked folks looked down their noses shocked and mortified
Well I don't have a PhD in the science of grape-ology
But I know one libation meant for any food I'm tastin'
    BEER GOES WITH EVERYTHING
From lobster tails to chicken wings
    It's the universal bev'rage
Gives taste buds all their lev'rage
    It's mellower than merlot
And bolder than a bottle of Chablis
    Yeah, BEER GOES WITH EVERYTHING
There's lots of theories speculatin' how a drink with hops and barley
Could pair so perfectly with any food at any party
But I'm of the opinion all the magic's in the foam
It turns bad flavors upside down and makes good ones explode
And if you spill it on your clothes there's no need for swearing
Beer's a neutral color; matches anything you're wearing
    REPEAT CHORUS
Oh, Mac and cheese is cheesier
    Broccoli goes down easier
    Hamburgers taste meatier

  • Oh Deer
I've had you in my sights from the moment we met
But I'm not sure if you're avoiding me or playing hard to get
Like last night when I saw you by the road
I rolled my window down and when I said, "hello"
    You just turned away, yeah
Like it was some kinda game
OH DEER, I guess love is blind
And I hope you're next to mine on opening day
OH DEER, All I need is one shot
To prove what I got can blow you away
You're more than just a rack on the wall to me
You're leaner than pork and tastier than beef
    OH DEER
    Love's a two-way street
So be careful when you cross, I'd rather
Grill you with my Weber - than my old Chevy truck
But if by chance some other hunter takes you down
I'll still talk you up at the coffee shop in town
And I'll be sure to show
All your trail cam pictures on my phone
    REPEAT CHORUS
Someday I hope to have your heart in my hands
Then I'll season and saute it in my cast iron frying pan

  • Don't Let Me Let You Down
Take the drink from my hand if you think it’s ‘one too many’
Hide my fishin’ pole on Sundays so I don’t miss church again
Set the limit on my credit card to just two hundred dollars
If you do then I’ll be sure to make more money than I spend
You say you’ll always love me just the way I am
But I can’t risk you changing your heart or my plans
I’m asking you to help me try and become a better man
DON’T LET ME LET YOU DOWN
I always want to be the one you’re dreaming of
    Your love I found
When no one else’s was quite good enough
I don’t want you just to need me
I want you to want me around
So DON’T LET ME LET YOU DOWN
Leave a note to remind me our anniversary’s coming
Spend less time in the kitchen if I put on too much weight
Let me know when you’re heading out to get your nails painted
Then maybe I’ll remember to tell you they look great

  • She Knows How To Breakup
    SHE KNOWS HOW TO BREAKUP
I'm not gonna lie she was the best thing that ever happened to me
The knife she used to cut me loose went pretty deep
She showed compassion while my heart imploded
If it was acting, man, she really sold it
    SHE KNOWS HOW TO BREAKUP
With tender words of hope and love
A couple beers on her front porch swing
Talkin' 'bout the good times we
Had for twenty-one-derful days and nights
Then she kissed me on the cheek as I climbed into my truck
    SHE KNOWS HOW TO BREAKUP
She held my hand like a dear old friend and asked if I would be alright
And laughed when I said, "I'll just cuddle with my dogs at night"
I've heard goodbyes can be a living hell
But thankful and blessed was all I felt
    REPEAT CHORUS
    Without destroying the man
I'll never regret the night we met when I asked her to dance
    SHE KNOWS HOW TO BREAKUP
With tender words of hope and love
A couple beers on her front porch swing
Talkin' 'bout the good times we
Had for twenty-one-derful days and nights
Then she kissed me on the cheek as I climbed into my truck
And blew another kiss for good luck
    SHE KNOWS HOW TO BREAKUP
    (Makes it look easy)
    SHE KNOWS HOW TO BREAKUP
    (Love her completely)

  • Mission In Motion
There was a hunger inside me that came from my heart
A dream so big I didn't have a clue where to start
Then from out of the blue a voice in my head
Shared a few words of wisdom I'll never forget
    Put your MISSION IN MOTION
    Don't wait another day
Let the fire in your soul light the way
There's nothing you can't do with a little faith,
A bit of hard work and devotion
    Put your MISSION IN MOTION
Now I feel like a rocket heading into space
Knowing the course I'm on might change
But if I shoot for the moon and I miss it
The stars will be waiting in the distance
    REPEAT CHORUS
There's a million reasons not to try
But none of them's been verified
    REPEAT CHORUS
    REPEAT CHORUS
    Put your MISSION IN MOTION
    Put your MISSION IN MOTION

  • If Everybody Came From A Farm
IF EVERYBODY CAME FROM A FARM
    I built cars in Detroit
    Tractors in Waterloo
    Rolled some grass in LA
    Bailed hay near Baton Rouge
Of all the people that I've met
    In every place I’ve been
The ones with country in their genes
Made the truest kind of friends
IF EVERYBODY CAME FROM A FARM
This world would be a better place by far
    We'd take less for granted
    On this Big Blue planet
And do more good than harm
IF EVERYBODY CAME FROM A FARM
Well, I'm not saying farmers are perfect
But their way of life sure is
Passing on respect for all God's
    Creatures to their kids
They work hard all day, take time to pray
    Help neighbors when in need
No, they didn't write the 'Do Good' Book
But that's how they live and breathe >> REPEAT CHORUS
Don't matter their race or religion
Who they voted for in the election
If they were raised in dirt and dung...I'll trust 'em >> REPEAT CHORUS
    If everybody came
    If everybody came
IF EVERYBODY CAME FROM A FARM

  • This Glass
THIS GLASS is the very same one
Grampa worshiped whiskey in before he died in Nam
    THIS GLASS helped Grandma cope
One shot at a time while she raised their boy alone
When Grandma died it made it to our kitchen
And it was tough watching dad keep up the tradition
    THIS GLASS
Held the key to his pain
When life was tough or didn't always go his way
    THIS GLASS
Was a cure and a curse
Delivered needed medicine that made life worse
He got caught up living in the past
    With THIS GLASS
    THIS GLASS ruined my childhood
Though momma tried to shield me from the hell the best she could
THIS GLASS bled my heart cold
With all the shards it left around our quiet country home
I learned where to put my faith and how not to live
And how hard it is to love while you’re trying to forgive
    REPEAT CHORUS
Dad always said it’d be mine someday
But he'll have it in his hand when they bury him today

  • I Would've Found You
I heard you tell your momma on the phone last night
How lucky you were I walked into your life
    That we've been best friends
    Soul mates
    Ever since our first date
And I agree with it all
Except the part about where luck was involved...cuz...
    I WOULD'VE FOUND YOU
No matter where you were on this earth
You're the true North to my compass
The inner voice I've always heard
If you were born and raised five-thousand miles away in Timbuktu
Then it mighta taken a little longer to do
    But I WOULD'VE FOUND YOU
Before I even saw your face or knew your name
Darling, I swear, I loved you all the same
    Every decision
    At each crossroad
Brought me closer to my goal
    I was anything but lost
    When our paths finally crossed
    REPEAT CHORUS
I've always been hopeless at following directions
But when it mattered most it was pure perfection
    REPEAT CHORUS
    I WOULD'VE FOUND YOU
