大家好，歡迎大家來收聽English Angel 在師大! 我是Angela老師! 這一季我們一起學習正面的英文常用語，試著把正面的英文用語融入你的學習中，看看生活有沒有好的變化產生。
生氣或沮喪的時候，我們很容易忘記我們才是決定我們生活的主人，我們可以用正面的態度來表達我們的處境，以下有幾句表達用語可以讓你練習看正面的人生事物。
(一) My life is full of … 我的人生充滿…
例句1. My life is full of abundance and prosperity. *abundance (n.) 豐富  *prosperity (n.) 繁榮興盛
例句2. My life is full of blessings and gratitude. *blessings (n.) 祝福 *gratitude (n.) 感恩
例句3. My life is full of passion and purpose. *passion (n.) 熱情  *purpose (n.) 目的
(二) I am grateful for …. 我很感激
例句1. I am grateful for the blessings in my life. *be grateful for 感激
例句2. I am grateful for the kindness and generosity of others. *kindness (n.) 善意 *generosity (n.) 慷慨
例句3. I am grateful for the strength and resilience that carries me through tough times.
            *strength (n.) 力量 *resilience (n.) 韌性
(三) My life is filled with … 我的人生充滿…
例句1. My life is filled with joy and fulfillment. *joy (n.) 喜樂 *fulfillment (n.)完成; 實現
例句2. My life is filled with love, laughter and adventure. *laughter (n.) 歡笑  *adventure (n.) 冒險
例句3. My life is filled with positivity, optimism, and growth. *positivity (n.) 正向  *optimism(n.) 樂觀
 
(四) I am surrounded by …我被 …圍繞。
例句1. I am surrounded by inspiration and creativity. *inspiration (n.) 靈感 *creativity (n.) 創造力
例句2. I am surrounded by support and encouragement. *support (n.) 支持 *encouragement (n.) 鼓勵
例句3. I am surrounded by supportive friends and loving family. *supportive (adj.) 支持的 *loving (adj.) 愛的; 愛心的

這些表達方式能夠讓我們回想一下我們的幸運，看到自己的人生起起落落，如果還能往正面方向前進，相信大家都能越過越扎實。 有一本書(The Light in the Heart ) 作者Roy T. Bennett 說了以下的一段話: 
“Attitude is a choice. Happiness is a choice. Optimism is a choice. Kindness is a choice. Giving is a choice. Respect is a choice. Whatever choice you make makes you. Choose wisely.”
