 - 西方思維：反思生活狀態、自我覺察（self-awareness）
2. Think about something you’ve always wanted to add to your life, and try it for the next 30 days

• try it 嘗試新事物 (give it a shot：試試看)

- 西方思維：主動行動，先做再說，強調小小行動的重要性。
 3. It turns out, 30 days is just about the right amount of time to add a new habit or subtract a habit.
*add a habit：建立習慣 *subtract a habit：戒除習慣
- 西方思維：30天是可衡量的行動設計（measurable goals）
 4. Small, sustainable changes were more likely to stick.
 * sustainable changes：可持續的改變  * stick：黏住、持續下去（引申為習慣留下來）
 - 西方思維：可持續性比一時衝動更能留下來
5. The next 30 days are going to pass whether you like it or not.
- 西方思維：時間主權、自我負責（take ownership of time）與其虛無度日，不如改變自我。

  - 西方思維：行動導向 / 不拖延（take action now）
