As the leader of your business, your ideas, decisions, and actions (based on your knowledge, skills, and beliefs) drive the direction and results of your business. That's why when you stay the same, your business stays the same.
Only when you grow, does your business grow. It's that simple.
In today's Motivational Monday, I share three pillars of CEO self-development and a couple of tips (that I use) to effectively grow as a leader.
The emotional roller coaster is a real thing among us entrepreneurs. One day, you feel like you are on top of the world, rocking it. The next moment, you feel discouraged and defeated. Your mind serves your thoughts such as "Nothing is working," "You should be further ahead", and "Look at them; they are doing so well, and you can't seem to figure it out." Those lows of negative emotions are normal when you grow a business, but the key to success is all in how you handle them. Whether you allow them to pull you down, spin, procrastinate, or get stuck in indecision. or whether you get out of them stronger and ready to go again.
In this episode, I'm teaching you my process of how to get out of the lows and keep going. It's simple, and it works :).

You want to grow as a CEO. Or you want to implement a positive change in your business. Or maybe build a new good habit. And then all the reasons show up why it is impossible to do. Your schedule is unpredictable. It seems too hard to figure out the how. The first time you tried, you didn't get the expected results. And so on and so forth.
So now what? What if all this was normal and just excuses your primitive brain is feeding you, trying to avoid the change altogether? Even if the change is good, you want it, and it will create more of what you want.
Listen to today's Motivational Monday to learn how to deal with that.
Here's Jim Rohn's quote: "If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse."
As the leader of your business, you make it rain. You are responsible for its success. So, when you're bogged down by many tasks and activities that don't contribute to your business growth, you're not fulfilling your core responsibility. Being the CEO.
And I get it; it's easy and normal for entrepreneurs to get consumed by all the to-do's and urgent matters. Especially when you are the only person in your business or have just a little bit of help.
However, this shouldn't be the reason why you stay constantly busy, never having time to focus on important and strategic matters. As they say: "we are our biggest problem, and we are our best solution."
In this episode, I'm sharing with you a simple process of how you can decouple yourself from non-money-making activities. Create time and focus it on making it rain :).

Today is Canadian Thanksgiving holiday. My favourite.
I'm taking this opportunity to invite you to start a gratitude practice.
Research has shown many benefits of having a gratefulness practice.
Less stress, less anxiety, better mood. And even better sleep and immunity.
In summary, the practice of gratitude can improve your mental and physical health.
And when you make it one of your #goodhabits, you get long-term benefits from it as well.
In today’s #motivationalmonday, I'm sharing with you the practice I have had for many years now. It's simple, easy, and doesn’t take that much time.
Thank you for tuning in here every week.
I'm grateful for you listening to this podcast every week 🙏🧡
When entrepreneurs start a business, they bring their former identity and way of thinking into it, such as an employee, academic instructor, or professional working under someone else.
Growing from that identity into a leader CEO of your business is critical for scaling your business and keeping it successful long-term. It encompasses a set of attitudes, perspectives, and approaches that successful CEOs adopt to lead their businesses to growth and prosperity.
This podcast episode outlines the most fundamental (definitely not all) aspects of the PRO CEO mindset.

Everyone offered an opinion, but all those points of view made your situation more confusing. Now you have "more options," which your brain goes back and forth with, hoping to pick the best one. All it does is keep you in the indecision land.
