The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result
THIS will prevent that in your business
When I tell people what I do, how much I accomplish in a week, month, a year, most of them look at me like I have three heads.
Especially when I tell them my recent journey (past 3 years) through completing an executive MBA starting a coaching business and at the same time, doing both of those things part-time while still working a demanding corporate leadership position and having a young family.
Most people thoughts about that are: "she's a superhuman," "she must have been working non-stop with no personal time" (not true), "she must be stressed and exhausted" (not true again), "I would never be able to do that" (not true as well).
The compounding effect of good habits is real. And you can start benefiting from it today.
In this episode, I'm sharing my story of the last few years of going from ZERO habits to becoming a high-performer.
I'm also offering you to Create ONE GOOD Habit FOR GOOD with me in a challenge, for free.
Listen in to find out all the details :).
We go through 80% of our days' thanks to the power of our habits. Some of them serve us and some don't.
Just imagine if you slowly started replacing the ones that don't with the good ones. You could scale your business with less work and more calm.

Just like with learning a foreign language to become fully bilingual, becoming a high-performing CEO, an industry thought leader, takes time.
It's a journey with distinctive stages.
Since I'm a trilingual person, I looked for similarities in learning a language and acquiring business skills as an entrepreneur. And guess what? There are a few!
Because in both cases we're learning a skill. And to master, any skill is a process.
Join me today to learn what are the stages of getting to business fluency, where you might be on your CEO journey, what to expect in the next stages and what traps to avoid.

If there was only ONE thing you could grow about yourself this year, make it self-confidence. Studies after studies show that self-confident people are much more likely to achieve their goals.
Why that's the case? What is self-confidence anyway? How do I build my self-confidence?
I answer all these questions in today's episode.
If you're feeling like an imposter going after what you want, know you're not alone. In fact, this fear is normal (unless you're a narcissist :)).
In this bonus episode, I share some advice to help you overcome this fear.
Making strategic and effective decisions is the #1 skill of every successful business leader. And the more of them you can make the faster your business grows.
Listen to today's episode that teaches you 5 key components of such decisions.
