I've been feeling uneasy about this podcasting thing lately. I believe its TOO early in the game to be feeling like this but I am still sharing my truth. In this entry, I talk a little about the stigma surrounding mental health and my struggles with sharing. As well as express how I am dealing with creating this platform and what I feel obligated to do, the responsibility that comes with it, and how I am overcoming these challenges. Overall, this is my episode to express that there will never be malicious intent behind anything I share or express. At the same time, I cannot consume myself with the fears of what people may think or feel about what I share. People are going to think what they want, I have no control over that. What I do have control over is my intentions and purpose which I vow to always be pure and honest. Moreover, hoping to be uplifting, inspiring, and motivating. I hope you enjoy!
