In recent days the COVID-19 lab leak theory, which was once mocked, has suddenly reemerged as a legitimate hypothesis to explain the origin of COVID-19. When asked if the investigation into China had ruled out that a lab leak of COVID-19 was accidental, as opposed to deliberate, Karine responded by saying, "We haven't ruled out anything yet."
