This awful sense of desperation and the feelings that come with it, like desperation, are common when experiencing the touch things in life especially with serious illness and death. Here, I share what helped me, personally, in my journey and the unexpected perks that came with it. 

Please remember to always defer to your medical professionals for your medical care, mental health care and any care related to your health and wellbeing. I am not sharing this as a nurse/medical professional for this episode, this is being shared only from my personal experience. What worked for me may not work for you and there are many different types of therapeutic options so you must use the one that best fits your needs with the proper medical and professional guidance.
