With another year down and a new one around the corner, there can be a lot to think about. Here is my message to you as we close another year and head into a new one. Thinking of you. 

The holidays and other dates/significant times of the year, can bring about a lot of emotions. We go into this and cover some simple tips on how to navigate through these times. I am thinking of you.

Clarifying a common misunderstanding about hospice care.

Normalizing these feelings for you, after the death of a loved one or the death of something, like a relationship. Many people feel bad about having these feelings but I want to normalize them for you and remind you of how healthy they actually are.
