The difference between a goal and a priority is simple. A priority you CANNOT live without. Your goals, dreams, vision, etc is what you focus on AROUND those priorities. But what comes first? The chicken or the egg? Well, in this case, the PRIORITIES come first.
The 1-Luggage Trip is a valuable exercise to perform in your life on a regular basis, say maybe every 3-6 months. You simply list out what YOU MUST have in your life to feel total balance, BUT you cannot take EVERYTHING. That's the real key to success in this exercise transferred into your life. You must kick out all the noise and clutter we as women might try and shove into that luggage.
I like to say it like this;
"If I do not have or do [______] in my life, I walk funny. The rest is "CRAP".
We ALL need to clearly know our priorities in what would NEED to go into that 1-Luggage!
Here is an example of a filled "luggage":
Cook 2x a week clean meals for the family, eat organic 90%, exercise 4 days a week, pick up kids from school so I get that time with them, date night 1x a month, attend church every Sunday,....
