Hamish McDonald is a Perth based fashion designer and stylist known for his one-off customised pants where he uses upcycled materials, paints and miscellaneous fabrics to create unique, cutting edge designs. I talked to Hamish about how he creates and customises his clothing, what’s inspires his style, where he gets his clothing and accessories from, where the best op-shops in Perth are. And he spills the beans on his best op-shop finds. Friends Bez and Harley jumped in as well. Bez is an Architect student, who has also been using his 3D modelling expertise to design rings for a few brands. This is the story of how a kid from the Australian bush ended up in Berlin, creating video and photo content for huge brands like Nike, Adidas, Red Bull, Coca-Cola, artists such as Father and A$AP ROCKY and Football Stars like Nader Jindaoui.
