Do you know the meaning Pedagogy and sinecure ? Learned these words today

According to google:

Pedagogy means the method and practice of teaching, especially as an academic subject or theoretical concept

Sinecure means a position requiring little or no work but giving the holder status or financial benefit.

This year had been challenging for everyone to say the least. I come across array of motivational quotes, they are nice but sometimes I prefer actions over words. I have created simple list of rituals to cope day to day stress , anxiety. Sharing this with my tribe.
