First listen to the episode, and then listen to the second segment, in which I break down the episode, line-by-line, and leave pauses in between so that you have time to shadow (or echo/repeat) what I say. Then it is recommended you listen to the episode again at some point to further increase your listening skill.  This podcast is meant for learners of English, but anyone could enjoy it, depending on the topic and mutual interest. 😊
