Do you ever find yourself with more food in your fridge than you actually make?
It's okay… we've all been there!
But did you know that an estimated 72 billion pounds of food ends up in the landfill every year, while 42 million Americans struggle with hunger?
Here's the good news… we can help!
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to attend Expo West (a huge expo here in southern California) on behalf of Kroger. Their mission, Zero Hunger Zero Waste, is to end hunger in our communicates and eliminate their company waste by 2025.
Full disclosure: I am in no way sponsored to talk about this. I am just so moved by the mission and the impact we can have that I want to share it with you!
Because we can make an impact.
In fact, we can reduce waste in our own homes, and that's exactly what I'm breaking down on today's Episode of the Dinner Table Talk Podcast!

You know that feeling when you wake up and think, "Hmmm… I wonder if I'm going to be on today."
I'm talking about those ebbs and flows of life that we all experience from time to time. They apply to EVERYTHING — fitness, nutrition, relationships, productivity, creativity… the list goes on and on.
Can I let you in on a secret that I've learned about these ebbs and flows?
When one area is ebbing, others typically are too. But when we're flowing in one area, we're generally flowing in others!
For example, when my nutrition is on point, I'm seeing positive effects in other areas, like my creativity, my business, etc. When it's not… well, it's affecting other aspects of my life outside of the kitchen!
With this in mind, I'm going to dive a little deeper on the Dinner Table Talk Podcast today and give you 5 tips to find flow in your life through nutrition and physical activity.
Because here's the thing… if you can implement just one of these simple tips, you're not just going to find flow in your nutrition and fitness… you're going to find it in other areas of your life, too!
Find your flow here in Episode 11.

They say there are two types of people in the world: those with red dot notifications on their phones and those without.
Which camp are you in?
I’m asking because today on the Dinner Table Talk Podcast, we’re talking about staying organized!
Now here’s the thing — if you’re a hot mess express, I don’t want you running off. In fact, if you were to look at my closet, you’d think I live off of chaos!
But organizing our priorities, thoughts, and goals is important. It allows us to have more space and time to give into other areas of our lives. So, I’m sharing my tools and processes for staying organized in my personal life!
These are super-simple steps you can implement into your own day. In fact, doing just one will make a huge difference!
We all have different approaches to organization. Whether you love having 100 notifications on your phone or you absolutely can’t stand something being out of place, my challenge to you is to take one little piece of this episode and apply it to your day.
