At least one kid made it home for Easter so we pulled all the stops with smoked brisket and wagyu, an Aislynn Salad, potato salad, AC's mom's fermented crudite, homemade strawberry ice cream and so much more. You hear about it all. Aislynn's Overflow of Abundance has kicked into high gear including her first sold-out Farm To Table Cooking Experience at the farm. Witness the spider web of, as Joe calls it, Aislynn's 'not-fully-formed thoughts' as we finally get to what a Farm to Table Cooking Experience is. But wait! There's more! Aislynn finds a broccoli cauliflower casserole that is so easy, so good and could be used for just about any bakeable vegetable.
