Hola amigos de full deportes, bienvenidos a mi nuevo post. El día de hoy les traigo un rutina de calistenia para entrenar nuestros tríceps (solo con peso corporal), en este post vamos a enfocarnos en fortaleces y hacer crecer nuestros tríceps con una rutina rápida y que no nos tome mucho tiempo realizarla.
Hello friends of full sports, welcome to my new post.Today I bring you a calisthenics routine to train our triceps (only with bodyweight), in this post we are going to focus on strengthening and growing our triceps with a triceps with a quick routine that won't take us too much time to do it.
Para comenzar siempre es importante los calentamientos para prevenir lecciones o algún tipo de molestia al realizar los ejercicios, sin más nada que decir vamos con la rutina!!

El primer ejercicio son los fondos en paralelas, este ejercicio es excelente para trabajar tanto nuestros tríceps como nuestro pecho y además asegúrate que mantener el cuerpo recto al bajar y llegar como mínimo a los 90 grados al bajar.
The first exercise is the parallel dips, this exercise is excellent for working both our triceps and chest and also make sure you keep your body straight on the way down and reach at least 90 degrees on the way down.
El siguiente ejercicio son las flexiones arqueras, este es un ejercicio que además de trabajar nuestros tríceps nos ayuda a tonificar y aumentar de tamaño nuestros hombros, recuerda mantener una mano fija mientras la otra realiza la flexión y también es muy importante realizar la misma cantidad de repeticiones de ambos lados.
The next exercise is the bow push-ups, this is an exercise that in addition to working our triceps helps us to tone and increase the size of our shoulders, remember to keep one hand fixed while the other is doing the push-up and it is also very important to perform the same amount of repetitions on both sides.
El siguiente ejercicio son los fondos en barra fija, este movimiento tienen un énfasis muy importante en todo nuestros tríceps pero a su vez ayuda a trabajar el pecho y los hombros, asegúrate de bajar de manera controlada y en cuidado con inclinarte de más.
The next exercise is the barbell dips, this movement has a very important emphasis on all our triceps but at the same time helps to work the chest and shoulders, be sure to lower yourself in a controlled manner and be careful not to over lean.
Y el ultimo ejercicios son las flexiones diamantes, este es uno de los mejores ejercicios para aislar nuestros tríceps con la calistenia, intenta colocar las manos los mas juntas posibles y baja controladamente el pecho hacia ellas.
And the last exercise is the diamond push-ups, this is one of the best exercises to isolate our triceps with calisthenics, try to place your hands as close together as possible and lower your chest towards them in a controlled manner.
