A divine viewpoint is an anchor point. It’s solid and never changes because God never changes. There is no Biblical content in emotions. Emotions do not think. “God has assigned to each one of us a standard of thinking from His Word” (Rom 12:3). When you let emotions take over you quit thinking and become divorced from reality. God is looking for you to grow to spiritual maturity and replicate the mind and life of Christ by how you think and act. “Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ giving thanks through Him to God the Father” (Col 3:17).
