So Good

Matthew and Tatiana bring Gavin and Marisol to life. This was a great book and highly recommend this audio book.

Good rock god story!

This story was about a big rockstar who was 6 months out of rehab for drug and alcohol addiction. In order to make him have better publicity, his promoters hire a " girlfriend " for him in the form of a law school grad student who's rather naive. Their story is a bit rocky and due to a former band mate's interference almost lost. The conclusion of the story was a happy ending. I liked the Irish accent on the male narrator except for when he voiced the heroine, then it sounded almost mocking.

Great Love Story!

I so enjoyed listening to this book! I read the book before I listened to it, so I was familiar with the author (I'm a big fan of her writing style) but was new to both narrators. I was impressed by their performances. I loved the accents they did. This book is unrealistic in premise of a law student being hired to play the part of a rock star girlfriend, but the issues these characters faced were very real. Unfortunately drug abuse exists and rehab is very important along with support of friends and other relationships. I thought this book had great chemistry, touching moments and even some unexpected humor. My review is not a synopsis of the book, but rather my opinion of it. I highly recommend this book! This book is a standalone listen and does end in a happy ending.

The O'Malley mafia series continues with Sloan's story. I would have never guessed who Jude was. The question to ponder: Is endangering the living worth fulfilling the promise to the dead? I absolutely love this series. Charlotte North was fantastic in her narration. I can't wait for the Aiden's story. Yes, worth my credit!

I actually couldn't finish this book. I don't know what it was about the story but I just couldn't. So I didn't. The narration that I heard was good so it wasn't that. I just don't know. So I don't know if it is worth the credit. Maybe...

Pretty Good...

This book was missing something. I think it was the connection between Andy and Ryan. It didn't feel steamy...I felt like I was being told how to feel instead of actually feeling it. Parts were skipped, like Andi's big meeting with an agent. We heard her call for a meeting then next thing you know she was walking out the meeting. LITERALLY months pass between scenes. I'm not a fan of this style. The whole big felt forced, skipped around and lacking that special something.

However! It really started getting good near the end. I really loved the ending and all the details, a glimpse into the future, the way it all turned out. If the entire book was like that it'd be a 5 star. The ending was really great. The ending took this from 3 stars to 4 for me.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the male narrator. It didn't fit my opinion of the character. He sounded much much older. His reading was fine though and the female narrator was good.

I would most definitely recommend this book! The narration was terrific and the story was really good.

What did you like best about this story?

I don't think there was one part I liked best about the book, I loved the whole thing! I had previously read the book before I listened to it, so I knew the story. The audiobook adds so much more emotion and feeling that one does not get reading the book.

Have you listened to any of Lance Greenfield and Samantha Prescott s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This was the first time I heard Lance Greenfield and Samantha Prescott perform and I thought they did an awesome job. I will definitely listen to more books they perform.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I really liked it when Dom wanted to read to Becca's son.

This book is so good! I was lucky to be able to listen to it all at once, and that was such a treat. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Good story, hot Dom

I liked the story, but it seemed rushed toward the end. I feel like it was a mini-novel priced for a full book. Hate the female narrator. I won't continue the series if she is narrating any of the others.

I love Dom and Becca!

What a great pair in Dom and Becca. Dom is the alpha male with raging electricity flowing through his veins, dominating any female around him.

Becca is a grieving widow who wonders if her life was ever fulfilled. She's questioning the love she had with her husband and if it was ever powerful or passionate.

The two meet when her ex- ex-husbands debt needs to be settled, which Dom doesn't realize was from a recently widowed woman. Becca doesn't have the interest for the loan, so Dom decides to take Becca's sexual favors as the interest paynent and Becca is more than willing to do this.

The two quickly realize they have a lot of chemistry together, but she soon learns the life of a mafia man is quite dangerous. I don't want to give more details, but I will say the story was intriguing, the sex was steamy and hot, and their love was dynamic and beautiful.

I highly recommend reading this book or listening to it on Audible it was well worth my time, as it will be yours.

Romance with an unexpected paranormal twist

What did you love best about Meant for You?

I loved the witty banter between the characters, especially Nate and Addie. Mitch and Shane also brought some wonderful comic relief.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked that the book kept me on my toes. I'm not normally a fan of paranormal, but I thought it was an interesting addition and that it fit well with our characters. They are so quirky, especially Addie, that it complemented their second chance romance well.

What about Kitty Bang and C.J. Mission s performance did you like?

There was so much emotion and feeling in their narration! Both gave amazing performances that had me invested in the story, but I was most impressed by Kitty Bang's male voices! Her Nate was incredible!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! I was drawn in right from the start and couldn't wait to find out what had happened to Nate & Addie! The story took some unexpected turns, but overall, this was an enjoyable second chance romance.

If you're not a fan of paranormal at all, this may not be the book for you. I wouldn't classify this as a paranormal romance, but there are enough elements woven into the plot that it's worth mentioning. Also, the cover of this book/audiobook is really confusing since it features a man in a suit and that really has nothing to do with the book or characters. I guess you could just imagine it's Nate, but it just seems like an odd choice for this book.

Disappointed

This was a great listen! Impressed with the presence of so much story and not so much overwhelming sexy time... though just enough. Go SB!

Great listen and new series

This is the first book in a new series by Shayla Black and it's a great beginning. Maxon Reed is an real estate mogul trying to one up his biggest competition Griff (who happens to be his brother). He decides to put a woman in his way who happens to be Keeley Kent. But he doesn't expect to fall for her himself. I also love the other characters in this book. The backstory and the future story's are what makes this such a great book and now series to come. This was a book that you cannot put down. I cannot wait for Griffs book.

Different yet so appealing~

This is one of my favorite authors. This time around Shayla Black has taken a different path in storytelling. Don't get me wrong it's still hot and it has very romantic picture but the path she's taken is quite different than what I've experienced in the past with her. I highly recommend this book and if the next book is as good as this the series. Shayla Black and her books will always be in my top 5 must reads.

Lots of my Caitlin, she is one of my most favorite narrators...she breathes life into a story with her lovely voice and makes you not be able to put it down....I am not sure about listening to Nelson before..but I would again...he was great!

This was beautiful...I could not put it down! The narration was perfect..and I loved it!! Get your tissues ready this one hurts so good!! lol

Love this entire series!

This series is so good. I hope more books are to come. With each book it seemed to be have even more broken characters with heartbreaking stories. I loved both Taz and Will. There were sad moments throughout but the sweet ones were so special to watch both Taz and Will heal each other was amazing. There is also a mystery in this one that had me guessing till the end

Tyler Stevens did an amazing job narrating not only this book but the entire series. The story wasn't just read but it was narrated in a way that made you feel you were there with the characters. They cried you cried. They laughed and so did you. I really hope if more books are written that he also does the narration.

Overall this is an amazing series with great narration. I do recommend listening to them in order to know the back story of the secondary characters but it can be read as a standalone. I really wish that all of the secondary characters books were on audio.

My Favorite in the Trilogy

This was my favorite of the trilogy because Tag and Will. They are both fighting with PTSD from bad things that's happened to them. Neither likes contact with others much however once they meet online they decided to meet up face to face. From there starts a friendships were both helps the other find some courage to try and live through it. Something I love about A.M Arthur books is that there is something the characters overcome and it's not a easy task. Like how Tag who lives in his house and struggled to go outside, while Will works with people but rather be in the background. It doesn't do the whole romance fixes everything instead starting a friendship, and growing from there makes a beautiful story to me. Plus they talked through things which is always a plus when a conflict happens instead of just letting it seat and get worse. This is the third book of the all saints trilogy and characters from the belong trilogy show up in the end and pretty much strikes a friendship with them, and give sound advice.

A phenomental book!!

So far I would say this was absolutely my favorite out of the All Saints series!!! Will's story was so tragic it really touched me and made me want to cry many times throughout this book and seeing him and Taz really bond and heal each was so enduring! Taz and his dad OMG!!!! That in itself was sad being his father was at one time his whole world since Taz's hate crime.

I really loved that A.M. introduced the characters from The Belonging series into this new series, God how I loved Dr.

Supporting characters, frequently changing action, and emotional highs and lows are realistically portrayed in this contemporary yet old-fashioned love story. Ryan's incredulous friends and his social-climbing mother are nasty and critical to Danny, hoping to break up the relationship. Hearing Danny's backstory is heartbreaking; when both of her parents died, she relinquished her scholarship to Julliard. Yet she remains optimistic and kind, even to her detractors. The standout creation is fiery Paula, Danny's older friend and roommate who loudly challenges anyone who's malicious to Danny. Sweet, sexy story!

This audiobook was just lovely listening! This story was about an orphaned girl from the low income side of life who meets a rich hockey playing College student who is a Senator's son at the diner where she works. It's instant attraction and he asks her out on a date. Much to his surprise, she takes him with her to serve dinner at a homeless shelter for their first date. Intrigued by this girl who is like no one he's ever known before, Ryan falls in love with her more each time they meet and she's head over heels right away. The world intrudes on their relationship in the form of his snobby friends and family who look on her social status. Can he stand up to everyone in the name of love? I enjoyed the ending very much. Great narration!

Like The Characters, I Took A Chance!

This was my first Sawyer Bennett story, and while it didn't WOW me, it didn't disappoint either. I will definitely be listening to more from Bennett.
