A wonderful work that will bring you and others closer to God

This is a wonderfully written book that thoroughly covers the Catholic Eucharist in a surprisingly small number of pages. Whether you consider yourself well-versed on this subject or your if your understanding is minimal, or even if you deny this Catholic Pillar of Faith, this book is well worth reading. It will make you a better Catholic or if you are not Catholic (yet) it will help you better understand the Catholic faith.

It begins with Salvation History, i.e., the story of the Old Testament through the story of our redemption by Jesus Christ and shows hour the Eucharistic is anticipated and prefigured throughout. WOW, loved it!!

Such a wonder book, loved it!! I got a free sample from kindle because I had already ordered 'Great Cloud of Witnesses Speak' and these interviews came from that book, but I was so excited about the free sample that I went and bought, 'Two Witnesses' at the kindle price of .99, so how can I go wrong? I love Enoch and just read his lost book last year. For me Elijah's testimony really hit home with such authority and advice which I whole heartily accepted and also bought other books which he recommended. I prayerfully read over this book and asked for Gods help achieving the things he said I needed to do. God Bless you!

Dare to believe and be encouraged.

This book has increased my faith, and I believe every word written in this book as my spirit bears witness to these writings. All I think about now is visiting heaven, and being able to speak to the saints. The word says we will do the works that Jesus did, and I use to think just about healing, but Jesus did so much more. He raised the dead, walked on water, walked through walls. It's time to think out of the box and into the supernatural.

Excellent resource for anyone suffering or counselors

There are many books on suffering and it is hard to set yourself apart as an author when you are addressing this topic. One thing is certain: suffering will come to absolutely every one of us. There is no escaping it.

To be honest, seeing that the forward was written by Gary Chapman made me want to read it. I respect him as an author, so I knew that he would only put his name on the best books.

In my opinion, Donna Gibbs did an excellent job setting herself apart from the other authors who have addressed this topic. I loved the real-life examples. It made the book so personable to me. I'm not currently in a season of suffering, but have come out of a year of intense suffering. It was wonderful to read the stories and I could see which person I most identified with.Â

Chapters 2 and 3 were great chapters that no a lot of people address. We say it's okay to grieve, but there are many who get stuck in grieving. When we don't understand the "why" and so desperately want to know, we become stuck. Especially when it's all we can think about. She gave some wonderful examples of people who have become stuck through this exact reason.

My favorite part was Part 2 of the book. It addressed the issue of getting unstuck and building reilience. She spends six chapters addressing the ways that you can best learn to move on. Chapter 4 is how we need to acknowledge our suffering. In it, she tells a heartwrenching story of a woman who had an abortion and she absolutely could not get past it. It carried with her for years until she acknowledged the pain that her family had forced her into.

Chapter 5 is that we need to tell the whole story. Her example was from a man whose wife had committed suicide. I loved how she said we don't often want to talk ill of someone who has died, but in some cases, it's needed so we can tell the whole story.ÂShe tells the story of Scott who had faced suffering twice in his life in such an intense way. He loses his daughter in such a horrible way, yet he doesn't become stuck in his grief because of his faith. He chose to still sing praises to God in the midst of his "Red Sea" moments.

Chapter 6 is considering a different angle. She shares about her Honduran friend taught her that we needed to redefine suffering. So often, we just need another perspective in our suffering and pain.

Wonderful and Hopeful Message!

I purchased this book as soon as it was available on Amazon but, because life has a way of getting in the way, I just got around to reading it. I now know that God planned it that way...and I thank the Holy Spirit and the author for the incredible, hopeful and peaceful message it contained.

I had been growing irritable and quick tempered because of a variety of stressful family situations. Too many worries and not enough trust in the One who has everything under control!! This book brought me back to life in the Holy Spirit from which I had strayed, and for that I am very grateful. I prayed the prayer at the end of the book, recounting and releasing all of my worldly worries to God, until I was smiling! I can't believe how relieved and at peace I feel after reading this book. And, instead of carrying tension in my face and shoulders or ruminating on my worries, I've been relaxed and happy...not a care in this world! In the upcoming days and weeks (and, I pray, from now on), I won't hesitate to "let go and let God," because I know He will take care of me. This book was a blessing to me at a time when I really needed it.

I read Fred's first book, really loved it, and was very excited to read the next. I really love the writing style that Fred uses. I feel he is sitting across from me and personally speaking to me, very easy to read. I can relate to the subject matter but, with the style he writes, I am compelled to read through the entire book in one setting. Fred uses his personal experiences to relay some very compelling thoughts. I could really relate to what Fred speaks of as the "Sprit World". I have found this really is the path to inner peace and happiness. Fred speaks of others entering your life to teach and help you through adversity, sooo true. I could go on but, the concept of laughing at adversity, what a great way to look at life, and, seems to work.
