One conclusive piece in combating depression.
I have personally witnessed a friend whos been attacked by this condition. I remember how disappointed I am because I couldnt do anything. I was clueless as to how I can extend any help. I just visited her many times and stayed with her for two hours and more. It was not a good sight. Eventually, she asked help from a psychologist.
