Anxiety disorder is a serious issue. If you suffer from anxiety, there's a good chance that you've taken some serious - financial and otherwise - steps to get rid of it entirely; failure to face anxiety head-on will result in a life dictated by the disorder.
However, you're also probably upset with the effectiveness and long-term viability of prior anxiety treatment. To truly minimize, repair, and ultimately eliminate the disorder, one will need to target anxiety at its base rather than treat its symptoms. Covering a unique pragmatic approach to the anxiety treatment process, the 7-Day Anxiety Challenge offers listeners an unprecedented amount of assistance, including:

Members Reviews:
Call it what it is...then read this book. Follow the recommendations and in 7 days, you will feel more at peace.
I liked this book, as the third installment I've read by this author, I am pleased with this book a good deal. I don't have frequent bouts of anxiety, just when I'm interacting in new places or have to deal with being in front of people and now that I think of it...it actually is a daily thing. When I go to work I have an area that I walk through that usually has a lot of people in it, sometimes I won't clock in because I don't want to deal with all those people staring at me. I know intuitively that it's more because they have nothing else to do than stare at the new people that walk through...but that doesn't help my anxiety about it.
I manage to do karaoke but typically at the same bar, and I know the people in the crowd...I trust them not to boo me. This book has great suggestions, the one I find the most valuable - and discreet if I say so myself - is the breathing technique. I had read something similar before, but had forgotten all about it. Putting it into practice, for me, helped A LOT.
If you have anxiety - and I presume you do since you're reading this review to see if it'll help you or not, I would recommend pulling the trigger and buying this book. Your return on investment, if you follow the helpful instruction, will be great.
Another suggestion was affirmations, now I'll tell you that I've done these before, I believe for purposes of anxiety defeat, they work. In terms of depression - I don't believe that they do, so it's important that you differentiate between depression and anxiety, and to be honest, one can fuel another, so it's on thin ice we tread - but it can be determined. I won't give away all the suggestions for beating anxiety because then you won't need to buy the book, and I think that you should.
