The first several chapters are literally disclaimers. Then the content was one or two chapters of common sense advice on relaxation. Complete waste of time and money.

I liked the readers voice and I thought it was 24 minutes...but it is not...so dont waste your time on this one.

Great book!

Slow living is the anthem

Wonderful daily practice. Fairly disbar rial book so not really recommended for travel, leave this at the office or bedside for daily intentions and beautiful addition to a daily meditation practice. I can only say thank you! Many exercises here that incorporate the daily and "mundane" everyday takes we all must comeplete/ like washing dishes as a meditative practice. Wonderful wonderful instruction on getting back in touch with our breath and slow living.

Very relaxing

Have had this audio meditation for a few weeks. It is a good tool with a gentle flow and no strange suggestions which is a bonus compared to other audio meditations I have tried. Soothing voice and gentle music. Good buy

Started out good but...

Well...this began really well. I started to relax and was feeling quite soothed. Then the narrator began saying ...you are a goddess,...Plus adding about you are a goddess as you can give life Now I find this disturbing because if a woman has been through a stillbirth or any other kind of trauma resulting in loss of child or inability to have a baby this will upset and could have a detrimental effect.

Such a shame as the narrator has a lovely voice but instead of relaxing me into a comfortable sleep I'm now wide awake and back in my insomnia mode at 2am.

I'm off to find another book that may help me lose tension due to chronic pain.

Great Audiobook about Classical Feng Shui, the real type of Feng Shui (unlike Western mainstream Feng Shui). Traditional Feng Shui takes Magnetism into account; a simple Compass is what we require. This Audible offers a very complete introduction about the Elements, Hours/Months and the Zodiac Animals for those who are new to Chinese Wisdom.

Describes good tips about adding elements into our headquarters to increase, stabilize or diminish desired energies. Chinese philosophy comes from observing the Laws of Nature, which are Electromagnetic.

I also recommend following the Author @FengShuiDiaries on Twitter for Daily Energies, whose descriptions are very accurate!
