Great guide for beginners!

I find this book interesting and informative! Real estate has always intrigued me and I've been interested in everything from rental properties to flipping homes to property management. I don't have anyone really close to me that is in real estate though and there's a lot to learn. It's been a little while since I've read up on anything real estate so this book has been a nice refresher for me. It's a quick read and moves along over some key points to know and consider when looking into real estate. Grab this book,it's really worth reading.

I have read a lot of books, and this one is very nice explaining basics on Investing in Real Estate and I would say it is a must read for first time buyers.

This book is not about get rich quick, but the base knowledge that everyone should be aware before considering moving up on the property ladder.

The value of this book is that you can reference back to it anytime in case you might getting confused about certain terms, and maybe for that better to have the paper version.

Overall it lays down on all sorts of considerations before making the right choice for investing in any form of Real Estate business.

This e-book is a must for any beginner to day trading and a great refresher for anyone up the next level. Samuel's covers all the elements of trading methodically, with very good detail but doesn't over complicate matters. He has a very systematic approach and explains difficult concepts with simple examples. I'm very impressed. But I have been listening the audio book at 1.25 speed as that suits me best. This great e-book and I am looking forward your further audio books

Very thankful for this informative book

I especially like the way this book is taught in plain every day simple language. This is very different from other materials I looked at that try to explain day trading using options lingo, and for people like me who have zero background in trading, it was like trying to understand a foreign language.

A great step by step, comprehensive guidebook that provides a lot of useful information for beginning and experienced investors alike, especially those interested in long-term stock investments. While it explains the benefits of dividend stocks investing, it offers tips and the best investment strategies. The author explains why dividend investing is the safest way to invest in stock market and provides a list of the best companies to invest: stable, historically high-performing companies that pay their earnings out to shareholders.

The book is well written. Itâs easy to understand and follow because all the terminology is explained along the way.

Great book for dividend investors

The Snowball Effect does a great job of clearly breaking down and explaining financial topics related to dividend investing. The book focuses on why long-term investing is a great strategy for investors and how to become an income investor. For income investors, the book also offers great content on investing in bonds and gaining income from interest, as well as covered call strategies to add income to your portfolio.

The book also lists (in detail) 100 of the best dividend stocks to consider. Overall, the book teaches investors that a long-term strategy works best for investors (especially if dividend stocks are involved). Though there are drops in the markets at times, for the long-term, investors should succeed.

Well worth a read.

I enjoyed this book's history element. His descriptions of the periods of the early 19th century and all the economic malaise that occurred was very informing. I did not realize that the economy and stock markets did so poorly throughout the years from Taft to Truman. His solutions offered for dealing with these market doldrums made sense; buy high dividend stocks and bonds.
