We think we are so independent, we are managing our lives, we are accomplishing our goals, without realizing that we are totally dependent on others for even the food we eat, the houses we live in, the electricity that powers our appliances, and the Internet and most other necessities of life. Where would your management of life be without the farmers, truck drivers, shipping centers, electricians, and plumbers? Where would your life be without some agency that keeps your heart beating and all your organs working without a thought from you, much less some "doing"? A measure of humility about what our role is in the success we achieve, forgiveness for errors, and an ocean of gratitude to the Divine Energy that makes it all work, would be in order.
