Discovering Resilience Through a Global Pandemic with Kenzie Todd

Listen Later

This week Kat (@kat.defatta) has her friend, Kenzie Todd (@kenzietodd) on the show to talk about how she survived a global pandemic with her small business and mental health in tack. Kenzie is the owner and founder of the cycling studio Kat just started teaching at, Full Ride Cycling (@fullridecycling). Somehow, she managed to keep it running through what most of us would call, the weirdest and most challenging year of our lives. Kenzie allows herself to lean into some vulnerability with Kat, as she shares the things she learned about herself, what she needs, and how to accept her limitations as a human over the past year. Kat and Kenzie also process how to navigate competition and comparison in different areas of life. Plus, Kenzie shares her views on social media and how she has learned to use it in a way that feels authentic.
