"Sorry, did that hurt? The fun continues tomorrow, Mr. Vizla..."
This week, we welcome back our first fan, our first guest, and great friend: J.P. Leck! He has, yet again, chosen a movie to cover completely blind. Will this one be a Space Truckers or an Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter? You'll have to listen to find out! We discuss Mads Mikkelsen's career, whether or not John Wick hurt this movie's chances of success, and Brett briefly becomes mono-syllabic?
You can track Mr. Leck back to the various locations below:
"Damn Harry Warden. Got me aiming at shadows..."
Happy Valentine's Day, friends! To celebrate, as we did last year, we've asked our good friend Mike Snoonian from The Pod and the Pendulum and Psychoanalysis: A Horror Therapy Podcast, to come and talk about this holiday-themed slasher! We discuss our continued love for Tom Atkins, how this film seems to misunderstand what made the original so good, and the superb casting of Todd Farmer's posterior.
You can find Mike at these bloody good places:

In honor of Roland Emmerich making the moon fall this weekend, we're going to discuss one of his few attempts at making a movie franchise happen! We'll discuss the great cast, the fun being sucked out of Kurt Russell's career in the 90's, and tangents... so many tangents...

This week our good friend, fan favorite, and number one fan, Tucker, has returned to cover another of his favorite films! We'll discuss the troubled production, the origin of Pootie Tang as a character, and how sometimes studio interference can actually save a movie from disaster???
Check out Tucker's music here:
"Why do men always go for the tortured ones?"
On this episode, we're going to take a look at one of Wes Craven's less successful movies in honor of the new Scream hitting theaters this week! We'll discuss if this movie would have re-invented the werewolf genre like Scream did for the slasher genre, the incredibly "cursed" production, and lament what could have been.
Here's a link to a great breakdown of the original script compared to the theatrical release over at The Horror Syndicate.
"A tree falls the way it leans. Be careful which way you lean."
This week, we're eulogizing the late, great Betty White by showcasing one of her only failed franchise film appearances! We discuss her career, our favorite roles of hers, and express the disappointment with how underwhelming this movie really is despite Betty being the best part of it. Rest in Power, Ms. White. Thank you for being our friend.
