Shawn Ginder, accused of hitting and killing Monique Contreraz, ahomeless woman, with his truck in May 2022, was found mentally incompetent to stand trial by the Fresno County Superior Court. The tragic incident involved Ginder striking  and dragging her body for eight miles.
