They discuss Arrington's journey from being a highly recruited high school athlete to his successful college career at Penn State and his time in the NFL. Arrington also talks about his involvement with media and they touch on Arrington's son's, LaVar Arrington II, recruitment process. What role did LaVar play in the Adam Sandler movie "The Waterboy", and LaVar gets personal as he finally talks about his relationship with Serena Williams. And finally, Arrington gives his thoughts on the current Penn State football team.
