  • Washington Commanders Move To 7-2 On The Season, Beat New York Giants 27-22, Postgame Thoughts

The Washington Commanders defeated the New York Giants on the road 27-22 to complete the sweep on the season. The Commanders move to 7-2 on the season, 2-0 in the NFC East, and remain the 2 seed in the NFC playoff picture.

Jayden Daniels was calm, poised, and efficient, going 15/22 for 209 yards and 2 TDs. Terry McLaurin feasted, scoring 2 TDs and Chris Rodriguez Jr stepped up in place of Brian Robinson, who missed the game with a hamstring injury, rushing 11 times for 52 yards in his absence.
The defense got gashed on the ground, but came up big when it needed to. Dante Fowler forced a fumble on a sack that Bobby Wagner recovered, and the defense made multiple key stops to keep the Giants at bay long enough to secure the W. Jeremy Chinn led the team in tackles with 13 on the day.

  • Washington Commanders at New York Giants Week 9 Game Preview, Predictions | All-22 Review vs Bears

The Washington Commanders (6-2) go on the road to take on the New York Giants (2-6) in week 9 of this NFL season. All the momentum is with the Commanders, but Daniel Jones is playing for his Giants career, so it will be a tricky game.

We begin the show with the All-22 Review against the Chicago Bears. Jayden Daniels, playing with a rib injury, was our best and most composed player on offense. It concluded the magical Hail Mary to Noah Brown to win us the game. On the defensive side of the ball, Bobby Wagner and Johnny Newton get shout outs from KDot for their stellar performances in this game. The secondary continues to improve.
The injury report for the Commanders shows Frankie Luvu hasn’t practiced yet for them and that is a worrying sign for his availability on Sunday. If he can’t go, Jordan Magee would likely be the fill in, but we could see Jeremy Chinn or Dominique Hampton step up into that role. On the other side, the Giants closely monitor Tyrone Tracy and his availability as he sits in concussion protocol.
The Commanders offense, led by Jayden Daniels, take on the Giants defense that is fairly strong against the pass in a bend don’t break style defense, but struggle mightily against the run, giving up 5.4 yards per carry. The last time the Commanders played the Giants, they struggled with penalties in the red zone. They will look to clean that up this week to give Brian Robinson, Austin Ekeler, and Jeremy McNichols proper chances to run and score.
The Commanders defense, led by Bobby Wagner, take on a desperate Giants offense that features Daniel Jones, Tyrone Tracy and Malik Nabers. What is the best way to slow them down?
The Commanders are 3.5 point favorites against the Giants on the road, and the over under is set at 44.5 points. Who do you predict will win?

  • The Hail Mary Game |. Commanders Beat Bears 18-15, Jayden Daniels Does It Again, Play Of The Year

The Washington Commanders defeated the Chicago Bears on the play of the year, a 52 yard Hail Mary pass from Jayden Daniels to Noah Brown to walk off with the 18-15 victory. Jayden Daniels, the number 2 pick in the NFL Draft, who was questionable all week, played and stepped up in the biggest moment of the game to give the Commanders the win over Caleb Williams, the number 1 overall pick in this past NFL draft. This team continues its magical season.

The game itself was a sloppy, slow burn. The Commanders had numerous chances to put the game away, but failed to do so. From up 12-0 to down 15-12 with just 25 seconds left, the Commanders looked like they were going to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, only to flip that script and then grab victory from the jaws of defeat.

  • Washington Commanders vs Chicago Bears Week 8 Game Preview, Predictions, All-22 Panthers Review

The Washington Commanders (5-2) host the Chicago Bears (4-2) in a game that was flexed to the 425pm slot on CBS this Sunday.

The Commanders offense is going to either be led by Jayden Daniels or Marcus Mariota. It all depends on if Jayden's ribs are well enough for him to be able to play. As of now, it looks like Mariota is going to play, and this Chicago Bears defense, led by Jaylon Johnson, is the best defense statistically that the Commanders have faced so far. What is the best way to attack the Bears defense? Is it through the air to Terry McLaurin, Zach Ertz and the crew? Or is it to run the ball with Brian Robinson, Austin Ekeler, and Jeremy McNichols?
The Commanders defense has been in solid form recently and will look to continue that against #1 overall pick Caleb Williams and his trio of WR weapons in Keenan Allen, Rome Odunze, and DJ Moore. How do we look to slow the Bears offense down?
The Bears are favored by 2.5 points at Northwest Stadium and the over under is set at 43.5 points. What is your prediction for the game?
The All-22 Review is a quick one with KDot, who spends most of the time explaining what he saw out of Marcus Mariota, in anticipation of his potential start this Sunday.

  • Washington Commanders DOMINATE Carolina Panthers 40-7, Jayden Daniels Injury, Chicago Bears Next Up

The Washington Commanders took care of business against the lowly Carolina Panthers by a whopping 40-7 score. The Commanders, led by QB Marcus Mariota, who had 205 passing yards and 2 TDs, cruised to a straightforward victory. It all started with a pick 6 by Dante Fowler on Andy Dalton that set the tone for the game. The Commanders are now 5-2 on the season and maintain their hold of 1st place in the NFC East.

After forcing a punt up 7, Jayden Daniels kept the ball for an electric 46 yard run. However, he hurt himself on that play and didn't look right the rest of the drive. Multiple reports say that Jayden is fine, and we will see if that holds through as the week progresses.
The Chicago Bears (4-2) are our next opponent, and it's a highly anticipated matchup between Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels, assuming Jayden is healthy enough to play.

  • Carolina Panthers vs Washington Commanders Week 7 Preview, Predictions, All-22 Review vs Ravens

The Washington Commanders (4-2) host the Carolina Panthers (1-5) at home this Sunday at 4:05pm ET on CBS. The Commanders will look to go 5-2 for the first time since 2018 with a victory on Sunday.

The Commanders offense, led by superstar rookie QB Jayden Daniels, takes on an injured Panthers defense that features only 1 blue chip player in CB Jaycee Horn. Their usual stars, LB Shaq Thompson and DT Derrick Brown, are both out for the season and the Panthers have struggled against every team they have faced. Look for potential opportunities for not only WR Terry McLaurin to have a big game in the passing game, but also rookie WR Luke McCaffrey and some others. The Panthers have also allowed 12 rushing TDs to RBs this season. Brian Robinson, Austin Ekeler, and Jeremy McNichols should all have a comfortable outing.
The Commanders defense, now without DT Jonathan Allen for the rest of the season, take on a sneaky Panthers offense led by QB Andy Dalton, who is great against man coverage, but awful vs zone coverage. Does this mean we will see more zone coverage against the Panthers? WR Diontae Johnson is 3rd in the NFL in targets since Andy Dalton became the starter. The other person that needs to be watched is RB Chuba Hubbard, who is averaging over 5 yards a carry.
KDot and Amit give their predictions for the game, along with the player of the game.
The All-22 Review of the Commanders vs Ravens game reveals more insights on Jayden Daniels and the overall defensive effort from last week.

  • Washington Commanders Lose 30-23 To Baltimore Ravens, NFL Week 6 Postgame Recap

The Washington Commanders lost on the road to the Baltimore Ravens 30-23. They drop to 4-2 on the season, but still in 1st place in the NFC East.

Jayden Daniels was very good once again, going 24-35 for 269 yards and 2 TDs, which included a converted 4th and goal to Terry McLaurin in the corner of the endzone. The team missed Brian Robinson Jr., only getting 30 yards rushing from Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols in his absence.
The defense got off to a strong start, with an interception by CB Mike Sainristil. The defense also forced a punt in the 1st quarter, limiting the Ravens to just 3 points in that quarter. However, Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry got going, leading the Ravens to victory both on the ground and through the air. WR Zay Flowers was excellent, catching 9 balls for 123 yards.

  • Washington Commanders at Baltimore Ravens Week 6 Game Preview, Predictions, All-22 Review vs Browns

The Washington Commanders, riding a 4 game winning streak, take the short trip up north to take on the Baltimore Ravens, who are on a 3 game winning streak of their own. The Commanders have a golden opportunity to make a true statement that would send shockwaves around the NFL.

The Commanders offense, led by QB Jayden Daniels, takes on a talented Baltimore Ravens defense that features multiple stars in Kyle Hamilton, Roquan Smith, Nnamdi Madubuike, and more. How will the Commanders be able to run against the Ravens number 1 ranked run defense? This game may end up featuring WR Terry McLaurin, Luke McCaffrey and others a lot more if we are unable to run the ball.
The Commanders defense, led by LB Frankie Luvu, takes on the reigning league MVP QB Lamar Jackson and RB Derrick Henry. The Ravens are the number 1 rushing team in the NFL so far. How do the Commanders slow them down? If they are unable to, is there any path to victory?

  • Washington Commanders 34 - 13 Cleveland Browns | Week 5 Postgame Thoughts

The Washington Commanders hosted, and destroyed, the Cleveland Browns 34-13 and moved to 4-1 on the season with 4 straight wins now. It's the first time Washington has been 4-1 since 2008!
The defense was absolutely fantastic today, allowing 212 total yards and Frankie Luvu ran the show with 2.5 sacks, a fumble recovery, and 2 tackles for loss. Bobby Wagner was also awesome and forced that fumble that Luvu recovered. Deshaun Watson was awful for the Browns, putting up a QBR of 8.5 and getting sacked 7 times.
Jayden Daniels was great once again, this time going 14/25 for 238 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT and ran 11 times for 82 yards. After throwing the early INT, Daniels bounced back and led the offense to 34 points on the day. The RBs (Ekeler, McNichols, Robinson) combined for 20 carries for 129 yards and 3 TDs, 2 for Brian Robinson and 1 for Jeremy McNichols. Austin Ekeler also added 2 receptions for 30 yards.
Up next? The 3-2 Baltimore Ravens. Can we pull off the upset?
