  • FBOY Island’s ANTHONY Speaks On WILD Limbro Experience & Relationships
FBOY Island’s ANTHONY Speaks On Sex and Crazy Limbro Experience. FBOY Island, or FBoy Island, is an American dating reality television series which focuses on three women trying to identify twenty-four men as either womanizers or seeking a serious relationship. The series is hosted by Nikki Glaser and premiered on July 29, 2021, on HBO Max. In August 2021, the series was renewed for a second season.[1] Hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, the show centers on three female contestants and twenty-four male counterparts.[2] Of the men, twelve are self-professed nice guys, while the other half identify as fboys, the former being interested in forming a relationship, while the latter are competing[3] for a cash prize of $100,000 to any contestants that remain at the end.[4] During the progression of each episode the women select men to go out with,[5] all ranging between the ages of 22 to 35,[6] with the ending of the episode consisting of three men being chosen to be eliminated and afterwards revealing if they are a philanderer or not.[5] The fboys, sometimes also called Lotharios, that are eliminated are sent to "Limbro", consisting of huts made from bamboo, cots and hay-filled pillows, while the nice guys are sent in a limousine to a mansion called "Nice Guy Grotto."[7][8][9] At some point in the first half of the series, the remaining male contestants reveal their own labels to the women and audience.[9] During the complete run of the show, only the abbreviated form, fboy, is used by the contestants and host.[10]
Apart from being entertainment, creator Elan Gale has stated that the show's alternative purpose is "to try to see if people can change for the right person,"[11] with the playboys becoming better partners and the "nice guys" getting recognition for their personality.[5] HBO Max's first reality television dating show[6] was created by The Bachelor producer Elan Gale and showrun by Sam Dean, who also worked another HBO Max production, 12 Dates of Christmas. [5][11] Host Nikki Glaser also serves as an executive producer,[12] as do Ben Bitoni, Sam Dean, Elan Gale and Jason Goldberg.[13][14] The title comes from the slang term fuck boy, used to refer to a male womanizer, while the decision to abbreviate the term reflected the intention to make the show family-friendly.[11] For her part, Glaser changed the meaning of fboy to mean "fragile boy", explaining that they have low self-esteem and therefore lack care towards women.[15] The series was filmed in the Cayman Islands, in part due to "its low number of COVID-19 cases" with the cast having to arrive at Grand Cayman[16] fourteen days before shooting commenced on March 2021 to quarantine and be tested for COVID-19 on alternate days till April.[17] HBO Max marketed it as a "a social experiment that asks the age-old question: Can FBoys truly reform or do Nice Guys always finish last?"[18] It premiered on the streaming service on July 29, 2021, with the simultaneous release of its first three episodes,[3] followed every Thursday at midnight,[19] with another three being released on August 5 and the final four on August 12.[6][20] Upon release, it became the streaming service's most-watched reality program.[14] On August 18, 2021, HBO Max renewed the series for a second season.[1]

HBO Max’s FBoy Island has been exactly what the summer of 2021 needed. The reality TV dating show dropped its first batch of episodes, a la Too Hot to Handle style, back in late July of this year—and it instantly became a hit for those who are reality TV obsessed. Raise your hand if you’ve watched and can’t stop saying “fboy, fbye” “nice guy, nice try.” Yep, us too. Following three single ladies, Sarah Emig, Nakia Renee, and CJ Franco, as they try to date a group of 24 men (some of which are there for love, some there just to be your standard old fboy), FBoy Island is literally reality TV gold. Not to mention it’s set on a tropical island and hosted by the oh-so-funny Nikki Glaser. However, what truly made the show stand out from the rest, had to be the shocking finale. Therefore, we had to get to the bottom of how one contestant felt after the finale elimination night.
Following the finale, Sarah Emig opened up about her time on ‘FBoy Island’
Unfortunately, Sarah did not get to leave FBoy Island with either a nice guy or reformed fboy. Instead, she was played by the bitcoin investor and self-proclaimed fboy Garret Morosky. After choosing him and opting to give him control of the $100,000 cash prize, Garrett (like any fboy would) dumped Sarah and took the money for himself. It was a total WTF moment.
Sarah Emig was blindsided by fboy Garrett Morosky
In a 2021 interview with Insider, Sarah talked openly about her time on FBoy Island and putting so much effort into Garrett. She told the outlet, “Any person with logic would not have chosen him,” Emig said. “I just laughed like, this

  • FBOY Island’s CHRIS GILLIS Speaks On Being The Island’s SNAKE | Divij’s Den | Ep 20
FBOY Island’s CHRIS GILLIS Speaks On Being The Island’s SNAKE | Divij’s Den | Ep 20 HBO Max's "FBoy Island" is the latest dating show with a twist looking to give those who have been in lockdown for way too long a taste of what life on a tropical island is like. Except this particular spot is filled with the titular types, aka jerks who are only out for themselves and, in the case of the show, some cold, hard cash. As the trailer details, three savvy young ladies will be tasked with figuring out who's there for the right reasons and they might just fall in love in the process (via YouTube).
Read More: https://www.thelist.com/471509/who-is-fboy-islands-chris-gillis/?utm_campaign=clip "FBoy Island" might sound like the kind of place you'd want to blow up, but this ingenious mixture of "Ex on the Beach" and "Love Island" follows hot on the heels of equally loopy, and completely addictive series "Love Is Blind" and "Sexy Beasts," both of which proved incredibly popular with viewers eager for some well-placed drama and romantic shenanigans with no pesky guilt to worry about. In taking a look at some of the suitors descending upon the titular island, Chris Gillis certainly stands out.
Read More: https://www.thelist.com/471509/who-is-fboy-islands-chris-gillis/?utm_campaign=clip According to People, Chris Gillis is a 29-year-old commercial real estate broker from New York who enjoys traveling, clubbing, and watching car reviews. Judging by posts on his Instagram page, which is already a couple thousand followers strong at the time of writing, Gillis is hugely into working out and enjoys dressing pretty snazzy for work to boot. Screen Rant advises he's an active tennis player too. It's difficult to tell whether Gillis is a nice guy or not, though he's having fun teasing fans about it already. As Just Jared notes, "FBoy Island" premieres with three episodes on July 29, on HBO Max. The following three episodes drop August 5, followed by the final four, including the thrilling conclusion, the week after on August 12.

Here, it's up to three intrepid women, 30-year-old model CJ, hair and makeup stylist Nakia, who's 28, and the youngest among them, 25-year-old social media manager, Sarah, to figure out who the "Nice Guys" are and get rid of the so-called "FBoys," who are only competing for money, rather than love, in the process. Suffice to say, sparks are sure to fly.

  • FBOY Island’s CASEY Talks Escaping Limbro & Getting Eliminated by CJ | Divij’s Den | Ep 19
FBOY Island’s CASEY Talks Escaping Limbro & Getting Eliminated by CJ | Divij’s Den | Ep 19 CJ Franco chose to be with Jarred Evans (New Jarred) on the finale of FBoy Island but some fans think she should have picked Casey Johnson. Casey came onto the island as a fboy while Jarred joined the show as a nice guy, and yet still many viewers think the pair should have ended up together. What about Casey and CJ's connection made fans cheer for a fboy?
CJ was immediately drawn to Casey from the early episodes of the season. She liked his confidence and the two shared a lot of steamy moments together. That chemistry took a wrong turn when Ohio-native Casey challenged CJ during their private villa date, telling her he wasn't going to let her control him like the rest of the guys. Casey was sent packing later that same episode in a dramatic double elimination. He took the rejection hard, saying that CJ didn't deserve any of the guys on the island before storming off. After some time spent in "limbro" with the other eliminated fboys, Casey broke out and went back to the villa to win CJ over. When Casey returned, he and CJ reconnected quickly. She appreciated that he was willing to fight for her and that he had seemed to have evolved emotionally. Fans agreed that Casey really had a change of heart on the show. While talking to a more committed fboy, Garrett Morosky, Casey explained that while he first came to the show for the money, he was now here only for CJ. "For the first time in so long, I'm scared to lose her, and I never feel like that," he said. Casey's reformation also reflected in CJ, as his change helped her to break down some of the walls she had up. Fans thought the two helped each other to grow and their ability to weather challenges together clearly showed that they were a good match.
On the other side of the coin was Jarred. The first night when Jarred arrived at the island, he quickly got into a heated argument with who other than the man who shared his name, Jared Motley (OG Jared). Even CJ thought that Jarred was a fboy before his true status was revealed. He was indeed a nice guy, but many fans were put off by his competitive personality. While he was nothing but gentlemanly towards CJ, his bravado continued when he was around just the guys. After both he and Casey each had a 24-hour date with CJ, Jarred asked Casey an inappropriate question about his night with CJ, one that would usually come from an fboy. Many fans didn't think Jarred was the right choice for CJ due to his demeanor and often antagonistic comments. CJ and Jarred formed a deep connection, but her bond with Casey did appear more genuine from the get-go. In the end, CJ chose Jarred because she thought he showed they could work through tough times faster than Casey, and without any mistakes.
Casey achieved the goal at the heart of FBoy Island, to make fboys reconsider their choices and change for the better. While he wasn't CJ's final choice, the two parted amicably. Based on CJ and Jarred's social media, the couple may no longer be dating. The two CJs may have a chance to end up together after all.
Just when we thought summer couldn't get any hotter, HBO Max announced its sizzling new series "FBoy Island" (via Deadline). The dating show was created by Elan Gale of "The Bachelor," Sam Dean of "Love Is Blind" who is set to serve as showrunner, and comedian Nikki Glaser will host.

  • Is FBOY Island’s GARRETT MOROSKY The Biggest FuckBoy In America? | Divij’s Den | Ep 18
Is FBOY Island’s GARRETT MOROSKY The Biggest FuckBoy In America? | Divij’s Den | Ep 18 F-boys are coming out on top in a big way -- we got 'FBOY Island' star Sarah Emig hanging with Garrett Morosky in L.A. ... despite the fact he embarrassed her on TV, and she claimed to be done with him.
The bitter exes -- or so we thought -- from the HBO Max reality dating show were together at an Erewhon in L.A. Tuesday, and we caught them red-handed as they were going in with another co-star, Greg. If you’ve watched the new reality TV dating show FBoy Island on HBOMax, you’re familiar with all the twists and turns of the show. The running theme is that the only rule is there are no rules, and things can change at the drop of a hat.
Producer Elan Gale stuck to this plan and, at the last minute, pulled one last switch on contestants. While “FBoy” Garrett Morosky thought he was going to walk home with a cool $100,000 cash prize, host Nikki Glaser said not so fast. Instead of being rewarded for his “FBoy” behavior, he was forced to donate it to a charity of Sarah Emig’s choosing. What happened with Sarah Emig and Garrett Morosky on ‘FBoy Island’ Season 1?
There’s no question that Morosky lived up to the stereotypical reality tv villain on FBoy Island. He pretended to open up and be vulnerable to Emig, all the while talking smack about her behind her back. Emig was aware of some of his “FBoy” tendencies and even did some investigating herself.
When someone claimed Morosky had a girlfriend back home, Emig and the two other female contestants, CJ Franco and Nakia Renee found some proof on his social media platforms. Emig went as far as to contact the alleged girlfriend, Lauren Coogan, who claimed the two were no longer an item.
When it came time to make final decisions about future relationships, Emig chose to try and pursue one with Morosky outside of the show. He shocked contestants and audiences alike when he decided to break off the relationship. He wanted the cash prize all for himself.
Garrett is one of 24 boys who are hoping to claim the cash prize on FBoy Island, which involves 12 ‘nice guys’ and 12 ‘Fboys’.
Three girls – including Sarah Emig, CJ Franco and Nakia Renee – hold all the power to choose their match, while they get to know the show’s contestants.
Garrett Morosky is amongst those men, and viewers are already making their judgements about which category he fits into within the dating scene. Now with a whole host of different careers behind him, he initially moved to Los Angeles from Pittsburgh to do acting and modelling.
Before he decided to move, he had signed a modelling contract with a boutique agency in Pittsburgh.
He going to take a more secure route and work for MTV Viacom in New York City, but had this feeling “in his gut that this lifestyle wasn’t for me”.
This is according to his profile on Explore Talent, where he revealed that he always wanted to act, model, and sing but was scared.
In the reality dating series, Garrett is a self-proclaimed Fboy and one of the top men on Sarah’s list, but how well do we know him? The truth is, not that well at all. He bragged about his Fboy ways left and right and apparently has a secret girlfriend. All the red flags are there, but Sarah keeps dodging them as Garrett remains in the game.
The HBO Max reality series is must-see messy reality TV! If you love shows like The Bachelor and Love is Blind, you will hit the jackpot with FBOY Island. The reality series follows Nakia Renee, CJ Franco, and Sarah Emig, three women searching for love in an ocean full of Fboys.

  • FBOY Island’s JOSH Speaks On His Journey With Sarah and Final Elimination | Divij’s Den | Ep 16
FBOY Island’s JOSH Speaks On His Journey With Sarah and Final Elimination | Divij’s Den | Ep 16 Josh From FBoy Island Has An Instagram That Will Make You Want To Book A Vacation Stat. HBO Max’s FBoy Island is as much a dating series as it is a detective show. After arriving in the Cayman Islands, leads Sarah Emig, CJ Franco, and Nakia Renee are tasked with figuring out which of their 24 men are self-proclaimed nice guys looking for a real relationship, and which are just Fboys there for a shot at the $100,000 prize. One man who seems to fall into the latter camp is Josh McDonald, a 34-year-old from Chicago who forms a connection with Sarah . Here’s everything to know about the potential frontrunner.
    Josh Hosts A Travel Podcast
It’s fair to say that Josh is a worldly guy; in fact, his entire brand is based around travel. He hosts a podcast called “Travel Guydes” on which he and his cohost offer advice to make “travel easy for everyday people,” including comprehensive guides to specific countries, tips on travel etiquette, and basic information like how to acquire a passport.
Beyond that, Josh works as a brand marketer and entrepreneur. His interests include photography, fitness, and music as well as spending time with family and friends.
If you’re going to call yourself the “travel guy,” you better live up to the title. On Instagram, Josh does just that. He has photos in Colombia, Aruba, South Africa, and even the Sedona Vortex. “The best part about explorer mode being activated (and being given bogus directions) is the opportunity to deviate from the traditional paths and trails to explore whatever looks interesting in the moment,” reads one post. True to form, Josh also has several saved stories across the top of his feed that chronicle his travel exploits to places like Puerto Rico, New Zealand, and Greece.
    Josh Get Close With Sarah
Josh has yet to reveal if he’s a good guy or Fboy, but after the first three episodes, it’s clear whatever he’s doing is working. He’s caught the eye of Sarah, a 24-year-old social media manager also from Chicago, who told the cameras that Josh is everything she could possibly want in a guy on paper.
In Josh’s FBoy Island bio, Josh says he likes women who are intelligent, ambitious, and open to new experiences. He’s looking forward to “peeling back the layers” and is all about direct communication. “Don’t hate me if...I speak my mind bluntly,” his bio reads.
These qualities have clearly piqued the interest of Sarah, who invited him to spend some one-on-one time on a sunlit beach. Their conversation was impactful, but didn’t end with a kiss. So later, Josh asked Sarah if he could kiss her, and she happily obliged. She told the cameras that while she usually doesn’t like when guys ask to kiss her, it worked with Josh. He’ll definitely be one to watch as the season progresses — if Sarah can stay away from admitted Fboy Garrett. HBO Max’s FBoy Island starts out like your typical dating show: three women arrive on a beach hoping to find love with one of the awaiting suitors. Except it’s not just about finding the right connection — they also have to decipher which half of their 24 men are self-proclaimed “nice guys” genuinely looking for a relationship, and which half are “Fboys” only on the show for their chance at the $100,00 prize. One of the men putting the women’s intuition to the test is Jared Motley, a 27-year-old Miami resident who’s no stranger to the beach. Here’s everything else to know about the fitness enthusiast. Jared Is A Former Football Player
Though he currently lives in Miami, Jared originally grew up in Okemos, Michigan and attended Saginaw Valley State University, where he played defensive back on their football team. Athleticism and fitness are still clearly important to him, as a quick scroll through his Instagram shows.

This post contains spoilers for FBoy Island.
FBoy Island was far better than it had any right to be. As much a work of satire as a reality TV show, the cheeky reality series begins with three women, stranded on an island of men, half of whom are self-proclaimed “Nice Guys” and the other half of whom are certified “FBoys.” In theory, the women are trying to suss out the good men from the bad ones.
Except, the show is smarter than that makes it sound. And funnier. And, dare we say, more feminist?
The first season was full of twists: Halfway through the series, the producers went ahead and revealed which of the remaining contestants were FBoys, empowering the women to make informed (if not always wise) choices and changing the stakes of the game. One (or more?) of the contestants had girlfriends back home! Casey got eliminated, came back, and got eliminated again! The villainous Garrett didn’t get to keep his prize money!
By the finale, the FBoys had faced retribution. The Nice Guys—well, they did kind of finish last. Two of the three women picked FBoys, and one picked a self-proclaimed Nice Guy who had exhibited some suspicious FBoy behavior earlier in the episode. Two self-proclaimed feminists at TIME were totally addicted to this show and its new twists on a genre bogged down by sexist tropes. Here, we’ll unpack FBoy Island’s gender dynamics, the women’s choices in the finale and whether a certain couple who have the same initials might reunite in the inevitable reunion special.
What do we think of CJ’s (surprising) choice of New Jared over Casey?
Eliana Dockterman: I was very upset by this decision. All three women were more attracted to the FBoys than the Nice Guys—seriously, the Nice Guys were dropping like flies in those first few episodes!—but CJ seemed to be the only one to realize that reforming an FBoy is, if not impossible, a lot of work. She didn’t want to spend the time making Casey a good guy, which is fair enough. Notably, CJ is a few years older than the other women and carried herself as such—she didn’t take any BS from the men, including Casey. (He never actually apologized to her and, inexplicably, remained BFFs with the show’s villain Garrett even after Garrett torpedoed CJ and Casey’s relationship.)
That said, I was rooting for the two CJs to get together. They were the only couple in the group that I felt had genuine chemistry—the kind where you want to hang out with one another because you’re actually friends. Little moments, like CJ coming up to Casey to apologize during his exit interview or the gleeful look on Casey’s face when CJ fetched him from his lonesome cot, suggested that these two people might actually like one another in real life. That’s rare on these shows. I also am not convinced New Jared is, in fact, a “Nice Guy.” He tried to start fights. The comment he made when Casey came back from CJ’s room was gross and sexist and reeked of slut-shaming. What are the standards by which these men define themselves as “Nice Guys” or “FBoys,” anyway? That possessive dude who kept whispering things in Nakia’s ear in the first episode was also a self-proclaimed nice guy, and he had very creepy vibes. I feel like men who think they’re nice guys but are actually jerks are more dangerous than the self-aware FBoys of the world.

She didn’t want to spend the time making Casey a good guy, which is fair enough. Notably, CJ is a few years older than the other women and carried herself as such—she didn’t take any BS from the men, including Casey. (He never actually apologized to her and, inexplicably, remained BFFs with the show’s villain Garrett even after Garrett torpedoed CJ and Casey’s relationship.) That said, I was rooting for the two CJs to get together.

  • FBOY Island’s Fernando Titus Speaks On WILD Show Drama & His Island Experience | Divij’s Den | Ep 13
FBOY Island’s Fernando Titus Speaks On WILD Show Drama & His Island Experience | Divij’s Den | Ep 13 When Fernando Titus signed up to be a contestant on “FBoy Island,” he didn’t know the show was going to be called “FBoy Island.”
In fact, he knew very little about the new reality dating competition, premiering Thursday, July 29 on HBO Max.
But after three years of trying out for different reality shows, including “The Bachelor” and “12 Dates of Christmas,” he was just happy to make the cut.
“I’ve always wanted to be on a dating show,” Titus tells NJ Advance Media. “I’ve been watching reality TV since I was a kid. ‘Jersey Shore.’ ‘Real World.’ It always caught my eye.”
Titus, 27, a chiropractor and Olympic hopeful who grew up in Jersey City, says he has a lot to offer TV, he’s just never been chosen before.
“I always make it to the end and never get selected,” he says of the typical casting process. “It always hurts every time.”
What is “FBoy Island,” exactly? It helps to start with the fboy.
“Over the past 20 years, the fboy has become both more powerful and more prominent,” says comedian Nikki Glaser, the show’s host, in the first episode, somehow managing to hold a straight face (we hope they paid her a lot).
“We have been forced to tolerate the manipulative douchebaggery of the unchecked male ego for far too long,” she says, getting back into form. “And that is why we’re here.”
Self-proclaimed “fboys” are involved, but so are “nice guys” who say they wouldn’t mind being in a relationship. The premise: three women make their picks from among 24 men — 12 fboys and 12 nice guys. All of the men compete for a chance at love and/or $100,000. The fboys, we’re told, only care about the money. Titus is also trying out for the Olympic bobsled team.
It’s up to the three women — Nakia Renee, CJ Franco and Sarah Emig — to make decisions about who will stay on the island.
The show was filmed earlier this year, and while COVID-19 vaccines were available, not everyone got vaccinated, says Titus, an alum of McNair Academic High School in Jersey City. There was a two-week quarantine and contestants were tested every three days.
Unlike any number of dating shows like “The Bachelor,” the fboys have revealed their affiliation to the producers ahead of time (there’s a bit of a twist later on that raises the stakes of the final picks).
At the outset, the women don’t know who is a nice guy and who is to be avoided — though fboy status doesn’t always mean they’re unappealing to the three ladies. Often, the appeal is the problem. Sarah Emig, CJ Franco and Nakia Renee pick between "nice guys" and "fboys" for a chance at $100,000 in "FBoy Island."
Take Garrett, a “bitcoin investor” who proclaims himself “king of the fboys” from the jump.
“If it’s love or money, I’m choosing money every time,” he says.
Fboys like Garrett set out to deliver SAG-worthy performances to convince the women that they are genuine. Or, maybe they actually do change and enter “nice guy” territory, if such things are to be believed.
Of course, “island” means there’s a tropical backdrop — in this case, the Cayman Islands.
“When we got there, they didn’t even know the name of the show,” says Titus, who currently resides in Santa Monica, California. He was tapped for the series in 2020, when he was a student at the Southern California University of Health Sciences.
“Everything was secret,” he says. “We knew nothing.”As Titus noticed more and more men show up — “We were not your average-looking guys,” he says of the sculpted demographic — he figured there would be a similar number of women on the way, too.
Glaser has some fun dressing down the men in the show (both with jokes and open offers for them to take off their shirts).
The guys arrive on a boat, most of them accessorized with beaded necklaces.
“You look great,” Glaser tells the muscled pack. “I didn’t know that GNC sold jewelry.”
