The full moon in Scorpio on May 12th, 2025, brings deep transformative energy. In this podcast episode, I share the energy update for the collective with this full moon.

In this episode, I share what it means to ground your energy and why it is important to regulate your nervous system. This year, there are a lot of global energy shifts, a lot of collective emotional intensity, economic uncertainty and a lot of shifting social norms. Grounding is essential for keeping calm during these uncertain times.
