Today, Nicola discusses what polarity is, and how it manifests in life and relationships. When you understand polarity and what it means to truly have it, you have the tools to keep the fiery passion going strong and that lasts. 

When couples go too far on either end of the spectrum, their love either becomes stifling or fizzles out, and the polarity is lost which leads to boredom and disconnection. And landing in the sweet spot is key.
