Today I will discuss why expressing your kink will lead to deeper intimacy. Before discussing kink, we must get alignment on the term.  And with that, I will briefly discuss some historical influences on the term kink and how that’s impacted current narratives. 

Then we will look at a more accurate and appropriate way to talk about kink that's neutral and doesn’t carry judgment or shame. I will also share my experience with kink and how my kink has evolved over time.  And then I will discuss why expressing your kink will lead to deeper intimacy with yourself and in relationship.
